Chapter 70: I Can Help You Too

“Xie Miaohan! What are you doing! Let him go!”

Gu Huaiye ran out of the villa at some point. Because he ran too urgently, he lost one of his slippers.

Seeing this scene, Xie Miaohan’s heart couldn’t stop aching.

“Brother Gu, save me!”

Chen Xia Lin was strangled until his face was red, tears falling continuously.

“Did you hear me? Let him go quickly; he’s going to be strangled to death by you.”

He pushed Chen Xia Lin to the subordinate beside him. “Take him away.”

“Yes.” The subordinate immediately dragged Chen Xia Lin towards a sedan.

“No! Help! Brother Gu save me!”

Xie Miaohan’s subordinates were all from the army, moving quickly and agilely. In the blink of an eye, they stuffed the person into the car.

“Where are you taking him?”

Gu Huaiye wanted to chase but was grabbed by Xie Miaohan.

“Your susceptibility period came early.” Xie Miaohan said, “Let me help you.”

Gu Huaiye couldn’t care about these things now, but affected by the pheromones, he had no strength to push Xie Miaohan away.

“Where exactly are you taking him?”

“You care a lot?”

He saw clearly just now that Xie Miaohan wanted to kill Chen Xia Lin.

No matter what, Chen Xia Lin was the young master of the Chen family. If something really happened, Xie Miaohan could forget about being a Commander.

And he would have no face to see Chen Zirui again.

“Let him go quickly. The grievances between you and me shouldn’t involve a third person.”

“I won’t.” Seeing the anxiety on Gu Huaiye’s face, Xie Miaohan’s heart ached to the point of suffocation. “You care about him so much; I might as well kill him. That way no one will fight me…”

Gu Huaiye slapped Xie Miaohan in front of his subordinates.

Gu Huaiye frowned, looking like he wanted to say something but stopped.

Xie Miaohan lost patience. He waved his hand, signaling the subordinates to drive the car away.

Then he picked up Gu Huaiye and walked into the villa.

Gu Huaiye was startled and hurriedly wrapped his arms around Xie Miaohan’s neck to avoid falling.

“What are you doing?”

“I said, I want to help you survive the susceptibility period.” Xie Miaohan’s face was cold and heavy, speaking word by word, “So what if the compatibility is high? I want to let you know, I can help you too.”

“You are simply crazy. Put me down quickly.” Gu Huaiye struggled desperately but couldn’t break free from Xie Miaohan’s grip. “Inhibitors are fine; I don’t need your help.”

This sentence undoubtedly infuriated Xie Miaohan.

He quickened his pace, walked into their bedroom, and threw the person onto the bed.

Immediately after, he leaned over and pressed down.

Gu Huaiye panicked. He hurriedly pushed against Xie Miaohan’s chest with his hands, fear showing in his eyes.

“Don’t do this. I was wrong. I apologize to you. I shouldn’t have hit you.”

Xie Miaohan’s movement paused, but he still hardened his heart and took off Gu Huaiye’s clothes.

Gu Huaiye had never done it with Xie Miaohan while sober.

In that instant, Gu Huaiye’s pupils constricted, letting out a whimper, tears flowing out.

Xie Miaohan’s body stiffened.

He raised his hand and covered Gu Huaiye’s eyes.

The voice he made was even more helpless and fragile than Gu Huaiye’s.

“Don’t be afraid of me.”
