The boy’s name was Jiang Zhuoqing. He had liked Xie Miaohan for a long time. To be with Xie Miaohan, he had transformed from a slacker into a top student and tested into the same university.

Hearing this, Xie Miaohan looked at Gu Huaiye immediately.

Gu Huaiye shook his head. “I won’t participate in your young people’s activities. Miaomiao, you go ahead. I can eat dinner by myself tonight.”

Hearing the two words “Miaomiao,” Jiang Zhuoqing’s eyes widened slightly, and he couldn’t help but size Gu Huaiye up.

Gu Huaiye pondered for a moment and asked, “Is he an Omega?”

“Yes.”

“Maybe you guys could try getting to know each other.”

As soon as the words fell, Xie Miaohan violently threw off Gu Huaiye’s hand and pushed the shopping cart forward with large strides.

Gu Huaiye wanted to chase after him, but his heart suddenly gave a painful throb, forcing him to bend over.

Gu Huaiye looked up, gazing at Xie Miaohan with complex eyes.

Gu Huaiye forced a smile. “Go sit on the sofa for a moment; I’ll make you some tea.”
