[Side CP Extra] Their First Life 02
Chen Zirui stared at Xiang Wanxing in utter bewilderment.
Coming from Xiang Wanxing’s mouth, those words felt incredibly jarring—especially considering the man was a delicate Omega who supposedly needed an Alpha’s tender love.
This completely shattered his understanding of what a traditional Omega should be. His mouth hung half-open, unable to react for a long time.
“I really don’t like it when people say that about me, so I’m warning you: this is the last time.”
Chen Zirui felt completely baffled and muttered under his breath, “Since when do Omegas have the ability to f*ck people?”
Xiang Wanxing’s gaze turned cold. Chen Zirui jumped in fright and cowardly corrected himself, “Fine, you’re an Alpha, okay?”
If you want to be an Alpha that badly, knock yourself out.
If he could choose his secondary gender, Chen Zirui actually wished he were an Omega or a Beta. That way, he could be like Chen Xialin and not have to worry about Father Chen looking down on him; he would just have to agree to a marriage alliance when the time came.
But as an Alpha, he was called a useless waste every day, and even his allowance was less than Chen Xialin’s. From dawn to dusk, he had to shamelessly borrow money from his brother.
Xiang Wanxing let out a laugh, his eyes filled with mockery. “That’s about all the backbone you have.”
Chen Zirui: “……”
What do you want from me?
Omega isn’t right, Alpha isn’t right—why don’t you just ascend to godhood?
“Move aside.” Chen Zirui shoved Xiang Wanxing’s shoulder. “I need to change. I just finished training and I’m covered in sweat. Don’t you think I smell?”
Chen Zirui pushed twice, but Xiang Wanxing didn’t budge an inch. He couldn’t help but wonder what this guy grew up eating; how could he be so sturdy and tall despite being an Omega?
He was so envious.
It must be that Father Chen’s genes were too poor, causing him to drag down the average of the entire Alpha population.
“Did you give me the finger last time?”
Chen Zirui: !!!
He really is petty. To think he still remembers that after so long.
Chen Zirui’s eyes began to dart around. “Where… when did that happen… I don’t know what you’re talking about…”
Xiang Wanxing sneered. “You don’t need to know. As long as I know, that’s enough.”
Before Chen Zirui could reply, Xiang Wanxing suddenly grabbed his hand.
“Hey… what are you doing!”
Chen Zirui tried to pull back, but unfortunately, his strength was no match for Xiang Wanxing. He couldn’t move it at all.
“It was this hand, right?” Xiang Wanxing lowered his eyes, staring at Chen Zirui’s fingers. “I originally planned to make trouble for the Chen family, but then I thought about it, and that seemed like making a mountain out of a molehill. So, I’ll just break your fingers as punishment.”
Chen Zirui thought he was serious and broke out in a cold sweat.
“That’s even more terrifying, isn’t it?! Who breaks someone’s hand just for giving the middle finger?”
“I do.” Xiang Wanxing narrowed his eyes, his tone dangerous. “There was someone who once called me a bitch. Guess what happened to him?”
Chen Zirui gulped. “What happened?”
Xiang Wanxing squeezed Chen Zirui’s hand hard. “They found no trace of him.”
Chen Zirui’s face instantly turned pale. His legs went weak, and he nearly knelt before Xiang Wanxing.
Just then, someone rattled the doorknob of the locker room.
“Strange, why is it locked?” a voice came from outside.
Chen Zirui hurriedly shouted toward the door, “Hel—”
The “p” in help never made it out before Xiang Wanxing covered his mouth.
Xiang Wanxing leaned into Chen Zirui’s ear and whispered softly, “Little Shorty, there’s plenty of time in the future. I’m in no rush to take my revenge. Just look forward to what I’ll do.”
After speaking, Xiang Wanxing released Chen Zirui’s hand and turned to open the locker room door.
Two Alphas stood at the door, here to change clothes. When they saw Xiang Wanxing, a look of surprise flashed across their faces.
But when they saw Chen Zirui inside, that surprise turned into ambiguity, followed by looks of dawning realization.
Xiang Wanxing explained nothing and strutted away.
The two Alphas exchanged a glance, then walked in and draped an arm around Chen Zirui’s shoulder.
“You actually hooked up with Young Master Xiang? Impressive.”
The fear in Chen Zirui’s eyes hadn’t faded yet. Hearing their words, he retorted in exasperation, “What nonsense are you spouting? Who would want to hook up with him!”
“I would,” the two said in unison.
Chen Zirui cursed them for being sick, abandoned the idea of changing clothes, and stormed out of the locker room.
Because of this little interlude, Chen Zirui was distracted for several days.
His mind was filled with thoughts of how Xiang Wanxing would retaliate. He made frequent mistakes during training and was eventually chewed out by his team captain, left to stand in the open field doing squat punishments alone.
Unfortunately, Xiang Wanxing and Xie Miaohan happened to walk past him.
Chen Zirui noticed them out of the corner of his eye. He pursed his lips, pretended not to see them, and continued staring straight ahead.
He didn’t know if it was his imagination, but Xiang Wanxing seemed to pause in front of him and let out a soft chuckle before following Xie Miaohan away.
Chen Zirui clenched his fists, thinking his luck really couldn’t get any worse.
For a long time after that, Chen Zirui tried his best to avoid Xiang Wanxing to escape his revenge.
One day, a month later, Chen Zirui trained at the shooting range until evening. On his way to the bathhouse, he ran into Xiang Wanxing.
To be precise, he ran into Xiang Wanxing, who was in the throes of his heat.
