Part 3
“Where does it hurt?” Shi Ye knelt anxiously on the floor, leaning down to bring his ear close to Wen Rong’s mouth.
“Senior…”
Shi Ye frowned slightly, unhappy.
Why think of Leon?
“Senior…”
Shi Ye didn’t want to listen anymore. Confirming Wen Rong wasn’t in pain anywhere, he prepared to move him back to the bed.
The moment he got close, Wen Rong muttered again, “Senior, I don’t want to kiss anymore. I want to sleep.”
Shi Ye froze, suspecting he heard wrong.
Wen Rong on the floor rolled over, humming uncomfortably again. “Senior, uncomfortable.”
These two sentences were too shocking. Shi Ye reached out and pulled Wen Rong up. “What did you say?”
Wen Rong instantly raised his hand to cover his mouth.
Once this action was made, nothing more needed to be said.
Fck!*
Shi Ye immediately took out his phone to call security. After confirming Leon had stayed in Wen Rong’s room for nearly an hour, he hung up the phone with trembling hands.
Then, belatedly, he realized Zhou Xie seemed to have said that Wen Rong got drunk outside.
Fck!*
Fck!*
Leon actually took advantage of Wen Rong being drunk to do this kind of thing.
“What else did you do with Leon?” After blurting it out, Shi Ye realized it was wrong and hurriedly corrected himself. “No, I didn’t mean that. I wanted to ask you…”
“Forget it, what is there to say to a drunkard who can’t stand steady?”
Shi Ye picked Wen Rong up. Thinking that Leon had held Wen Rong in this room half an hour ago, a nameless fire rose, and he deliberately shook him.
“Ngh…”
Wen Rong let out an uncomfortable mutter. Shi Ye’s mood improved a bit.
But in the next second, Wen Rong struggled like a fish. Shi Ye was off guard and only managed to support Wen Rong as he landed.
Smack—
Then his eye took a punch.
Shi Ye had boxed for a long time. This didn’t feel painful; he was even a bit happy.
Wen Rong thinks I’m Leon. Him punching me means he’s punching Leon. That means Wen Rong definitely didn’t kiss Leon willingly.
Pfft—
Shi Ye buried his head and laughed, taking several more hits to the head.
But taking the beating, Shi Ye suddenly realized Wen Rong had curled up into a ball against the wall, looking terrified.
Shi Ye realized the seriousness of the matter. He didn’t dare reach over, afraid Wen Rong would be more scared. Out of the corner of his eye, he glimpsed the chocolate on the floor. He grabbed one, tore open the packaging, and asked softly, “Do you want to eat chocolate?”
Wen Rong calmed down unexpectedly. He lifted his face, but his pupils were unfocused. “Senior…”
Shi Ye: “…”
Leon again.
The beautiful fantasy was shattered after only a few seconds of happiness.
Shi Ye possessed professional keenness in competition. He knew he had already fallen far behind and was very likely to lose.
But he was unwilling.
Isn’t it just being considerate? I can do that too.
Shi Ye fed the chocolate to Wen Rong’s lips, continuing to pinch his voice to say, “Eat a little.”
Wen Rong indeed calmed down completely. He lowered his head, but didn’t bite.
A moist, warm sensation swept across his fingertips. Shi Ye was stunned, thinking of feeding his cat a treat.
The arrogant little thing was only clingy at times like this, licking hurriedly. When it couldn’t lick anymore, it would use its small teeth to bite.
Those teeth had no strength at all; Shi Ye was even afraid it would break them.
So every time, Shi Ye couldn’t help but actively squeeze out a lot, letting his cat eat to its heart’s content.
How much self-control does it take to continue being “considerate”? Shi Ye’s mind was now full of impulses.
He threw the chocolate aside, cupped Wen Rong’s face, and a ball of fire generated in his throat, rushing straight to his brain: “I want to kiss you too.”
“No kiss.”
Wen Rong was dazed but answered firmly, even reaching out to push him, though he had absolutely no strength.
Shi Ye’s heart instantly felt empty, yet his body couldn’t bear to let go.
As Wen Rong knew, he had no ability to control his emotions. Even if rejected, his mind was still full of desire.
—Want to kiss.
What does kissing feel like?
I really want to kiss Wen Rong.
“Senior…” Wen Rong made a whimpering sound in his throat, raising both hands to softly pinch Shi Ye’s wrists.
“I am Shi Ye.”
“Senior, no kiss…”
“I am Shi Ye.”
“Senior, kiss next time, okay?”
“…”
Shi Ye finally released Wen Rong, lowering his head in despair. “Wen Rong, should I continue liking you?”
“…”
“Can I still continue liking you?”
“…”
“It can’t be just me troubled; you have to choose too. If you kiss me, I’ll continue liking you. If you don’t kiss me, I’ll give up.”
“…”
Silence tormented Shi Ye.
It was quiet. Wen Rong seemed to have fallen asleep, leaving only Shi Ye struggling alone.
At such a moment, Shi Ye thought of his own mother.
Actually, he had never truly understood her. A year ago, he couldn’t empathize with the “reluctance to let go” she spoke of.
Enduring Shi Changyuan’s hot and cold attitude.
Tolerating Shi Changyuan never coming home.
Humbly expecting Shi Changyuan to give her care.
Even knowing Shi Changyuan had someone outside, she still couldn’t make up her mind to leave.
Thinking back on these things for a long time, his feelings turned from missing her to hatred.
Hating that she abandoned everything for a man.
But at this moment, Shi Ye felt he had become her.
lowering his bottom line again and again.
“Let’s change the rule. If you don’t kiss me, I’ll continue liking you. If you kiss me, I won’t continue liking you.”
So convoluted. Can a drunkard understand this?
Shi Ye himself wanted to laugh a little. His shoulders trembled, laughter about to spill from his lips.
The laughter was swallowed into Wen Rong’s mouth.
Shi Ye’s heart exploded with a boom. He began to suspect this was all fake—how could Wen Rong actively kiss me!
He probed with the tip of his tongue to lick the lips, wanting to confirm.
When he pressed against the soft, moist tongue, Shi Ye’s whole body heated up, only one word remaining in his brain: Real.
Wen Rong really actively kissed me.
Leon definitely forced Wen Rong, otherwise Wen Rong wouldn’t have kept wailing “no kiss.” I have more of a chance than Leon!
Thinking of this, Shi Ye was both excited and delighted, happier than winning the championship… no, happier than moving out of the Shi family home.
This must be the happiest moment of his life.
He was too agitated. He pinned Wen Rong against the corner of the wall, kissing him until there was noise, his ears full of sound. Wen Rong hummed an “Mn” of dissatisfaction through his nose, but Shi Ye didn’t stop, licking away the saliva flowing to the chin, opening his mouth to bite the swollen red lips.
—The rule Wen Rong heard must have been the first version.
—He wants me to continue liking him.
…
Black and white alternated, scenes shifted. What happened last night felt like a dream, no longer real.
Shi Ye raised his hand to cover his completely red face, licking his lower lip, attempting to replicate the feeling of kissing Wen Rong last night.
But the more he did this, the more lost he felt.
The more he craved.
Want to kiss him again.
Want to kiss him when he’s sober.
Want to kiss him every moment.
Then Shi Ye moved his hand to his head, rubbing the prickly buzz cut.
What chance will there be in the future?
He knew as well as Leon that neither of them could bear the consequences of confessing.
