Rebirth of the Spiritual Power King of Pop Chapter 2

Chapter 2: An Unexpected Encounter

Looking at the name ‘Shen Wei’ on his phone, Xiahou Qian paused for several seconds before remembering that this was the name of his class monitor back at the Conservatory.

“Hello.” Xiahou Qian didn’t know why the other was calling, so he kept it brief.

“Xiahou Qian, why aren’t you here yet? All the students are here, and the teachers have been arriving one by one.”

The loud, boisterous voice brought back a long-lost sense of familiarity. Shen Wei’s words contained enough clues for Xiahou Qian to remember what was going on. He had only recently graduated. Tonight was supposed to be the Teacher Appreciation Banquet. It was organized by the whole class, though a few “rich second-generation” students had generously covered the lion’s share of the costs to accommodate everyone’s financial situations.

“I had some things to take care of. I’ll be right over. Tell me the address again.” Xiahou Qian responded calmly.

“AE Hotel, 12th floor.” Shen Wei didn’t ask questions and gave the address clearly.

“I’ll be there soon.” Xiahou Qian hung up and went to the bathroom to wash up and fix his hair. He changed his clothes before heading out.

The AE Hotel was a six-star hotel, and there was only one in the Imperial Capital. It was about a ten-minute taxi ride from his place, assuming no traffic.

He didn’t quite remember the details of the banquet from his previous life. When the taxi stopped at the entrance, Xiahou Qian paid the fare and stepped out. Looking at the grand AE Hotel, he felt a strange sense of being out of place.

Entering the lobby, he walked toward the elevators. There were three. Two were going up, so Xiahou Qian pressed the button for the one currently stuck at the 21st floor. Since it didn’t stop on the way down, the elevator arrived at the lobby quickly.

Xiahou Qian stepped inside and absentmindedly pressed the number ’21.’ He was trying to recall the faces of his teachers and classmates, but he realized that despite his good memory, he only remembered the names of a few professors. As for his classmates, he only remembered those he had been close to. Those he hadn’t cared for were now just nameless blurs.

The moment he stepped out of the elevator, he felt something was wrong. It was too quiet.

He quickly held the closing door and checked the floor number. It was definitely the 21st floor.

Could the soundproofing be that good? To be honest, he had never been to the AE before. He only knew it was a rare six-star establishment, incredibly expensive and catering to high-end clientele. But this soundproofing was a bit excessive.

Stranger still, there wasn’t a soul in sight! He was certain there wasn’t a second AE Hotel in the city. Xiahou Qian walked toward the nearest door. As he approached, he heard a faint sound—or rather, a gasp—coming from inside.

Xiahou Qian froze. Is someone… doing something in there? But after listening for a moment, he dismissed the thought.

There was only one man inside, and he sounded like he was in pain. Did he have a medical emergency?

Should he go in? Entering might invite trouble, but if someone was genuinely ill and no one else was around, he would feel guilty if something happened. Even if the person wasn’t a “good” guy, given Xiahou Qian’s own strength, he could surely handle a sick patient.

With that thought, Xiahou Qian stepped forward and pushed open the door, which hadn’t been fully latched.

As he looked inside, the man within also happened to look up. Their gazes collided.

The man’s eyes were bloodshot and fierce. His breathing was even more ragged and urgent than it had sounded through the door. He looked as though he were enduring some form of intense agony.

Even in such a disheveled state, the man’s excellence was undeniable. He was exceptionally handsome, mature, and possessed a captivating charm. His features were more deeply set than the average Easterner. The man sat slumped on the carpet, his tie discarded nearby and his white shirt unbuttoned halfway down.

Xiahou Qian’s gaze was incredibly complex—shock, nostalgia, pain, and a deeply hidden love.

Ignoring the man’s fierce, defensive glare, Xiahou Qian walked over and knelt beside him.

“Sir, do you need help?”

His voice was gentle and calm, carrying a trace of genuine concern.

“Who sent you!” the man rasped, his voice low and gravelly, his brow furrowed in pain.

“I just took the wrong floor by mistake.” Xiahou Qian gave a helpless smile. At this moment, he couldn’t lie to himself about soundproofing anymore. The most likely scenario was that Shen Wei had misspoken or he had misremembered the floor number.

“Get out!” the man snarled impatiently.

Xiahou Qian already had a faint idea of what was wrong with the man. If it were anyone else, he would have turned and left immediately. But facing this man, how could he bear to leave him alone? Even knowing what staying would lead to, would he ever regret it?

Xiahou Qian reached out, hooking his arms around the man’s neck. He tilted his head back and kissed the man’s lips. He felt as if he were being burned, his heart aching intensely.

“It’s okay.” No one could understand Xiahou Qian’s current heart—it was filled with both happiness and despair.

The man froze after being kissed. He blinked, looking at Xiahou Qian in surprise. After a moment, he suddenly exerted force, pinning Xiahou Qian to the floor and returning the kiss with a savage intensity. Soon, the two were hopelessly entangled.

Fortunately, the carpet was thick and seemingly clean. At the very least, Xiahou Qian didn’t feel any friction burn on his back.

The man’s kiss wasn’t practiced; it was even a bit crude. He bit Xiahou Qian’s lips, and once his tongue invaded the youth’s mouth, he became even more aggressive, sucking with a strength that suggested he wanted to swallow him whole.

Xiahou Qian cooperated, responding in kind. The man’s rough, unskilled movements weren’t exactly comfortable.

“Your mouth is so sweet.”

The man’s sudden comment made Xiahou Qian daze for a second. Should he be happy about that praise? But hearing that sexy, raspy voice panting the words into his ear made it impossible for Xiahou Qian to control his own arousal.

At least he doesn’t find me repulsive.

Clinging tightly to the man above him, Xiahou Qian flicked his tongue across the man’s lips, drawing a deep, guttural groan from him.

He liked the man’s reaction to him. A small, triumphant smile played on Xiahou Qian’s lips.

He wanted to leave a mark on this man. Even if the man woke up tomorrow and forgot who he was, at least for tonight, this man belonged to him—even if it was a bit like taking advantage of someone’s vulnerability. Xiahou Qian knew very well that without today’s accident, he would have had no chance to get this close to the man, just like in his last life.

I’ll be selfish just this once. Xiahou Qian opened his eyes to look at the man, his gaze filled with a sense of finality and an unspeakable sadness. When the man looked back, he lowered his head as if guilty.

The man pressed down on Xiahou Qian, yet he seemed unsure of how to proceed. He looked at him with a gaze that made Xiahou Qian’s heart tremble.

“Help me.” The man urged. Xiahou Qian actually detected a hint of grievance in that emotionless voice.

This man… he can’t really be a virgin, can he? He knew the man would remain single for years to come, with only one rumored scandal. There were whispers that he didn’t like women. Before, Xiahou Qian had assumed it was just because of strict privacy or because the media didn’t dare provoke him. But from the kiss to his current performance, it was clear this was his first time doing this!

But it’s my first time too! Fortunately, while he lacked practical experience, his theoretical knowledge was rich. Having known his orientation for a long time, he had researched plenty. Even so, Xiahou Qian felt an urge to cry.

He was afraid that if he didn’t say anything, the man would get impatient and just “go for it,” which would probably lead to a bloodbath… He stole a glance at the man’s “size”—it definitely exceeded the national average.

Xiahou Qian’s face flushed with shame. But since it’s this man, what does it matter? Since there’s only one chance, I’ll try to give us both the best experience.

Having been reborn once, Xiahou Qian felt much more free-spirited.

The man was smart. Once Xiahou Qian explained, he learned quickly, and at least he didn’t ask any questions that would break the scale.

Xiahou Qian was glad he had showered before leaving the house today. His mind was wandering even at a time like this.

The process was arduous, but they eventually found their rhythm.

Indeed, in some matters, men can rely on instinct. Furthermore, with modern communication being what it is, who hasn’t seen things online? Very few people are truly clueless.

Soon, Xiahou Qian felt the changes in his body and couldn’t help but feel a bit embarrassed. It seemed… he was incredibly sensitive.

A legendary “top-tier” body for a submissive partner? Should I be happy?

Vrr… vrr… vrr… At the critical moment, Xiahou Qian’s phone began to vibrate. He heard it, of course, but could he answer it now? Let it ring. It was definitely Shen Wei. If he were actually eighteen, he might have been anxious about missing the banquet, but now, he didn’t care much. He hadn’t been close to his classmates anyway.

The sounds of low moans and heavy breathing merged with the phone’s vibrations, creating a strange, harmonious symphony. This feeling was honestly beyond words!

The man’s stamina was extraordinary. Fortunately, because he had been holding back for so long, the first time didn’t last too long. But the second round began almost immediately.

This time, the man lasted a very long time. Xiahou Qian couldn’t understand—the man was drugged, so how could he last so long? It wasn’t scientific! By the end, Xiahou Qian was practically paralyzed on the floor. Perhaps due to the drugs, the man fell asleep as soon as it was over.
