Chapter 25: Filing a Complaint part 1

Elvis appeared to be extremely exhausted. Judging by his breathing, he seemed to be in a deep sleep.

Yun Yingzhi had no idea how much of a fuss he had kicked up last night.

Even less did he realize just how “extraordinarily gifted” he was. After such an intense experience, he actually still had the stamina to transform into a little rabbit and begin jumping around energetically, nearly leaping right out the window.

Terrified that the drunken rabbit would do something bizarre, Elvis had spent several hours dedicated to catching him.

Meanwhile, Yun Yingzhi had been prattling on about how his brother wouldn’t let him drink. If he says I can’t drink, I’ll drink anyway!

I’ll drink!

Yun Yingzhi had no memory of it, but Elvis was exhausted and now fully understood why Yun Yinghui forbade the little rabbit from touching alcohol.

Yun Yingzhi saw Elvis’s eyelids flutter as if he were about to wake up.

His first instinct was to slap his hand over the other man’s eyes to keep them closed.

To his relief, Elvis closed his eyes again under the pressure.

Yun Yingzhi’s own eyelids twitched frantically; he was on the verge of a total breakdown.

He paused, his gaze shifting to the floor, where he saw the white shirt he had worn yesterday.

Suddenly, a flash of memory crossed his mind.

In that flickering fragment, he saw himself sitting shamelessly on Elvis’s lap.

He had been trying to strip off his clothes with zero sense of modesty. When Elvis tried to stop him, he had torn his clothes to shreds in a fit of pique, then looked at Elvis with a proud face, needing only a soulful “bleh” to complete the look.

It seemed he hadn’t just torn his shirt; because he couldn’t get his trousers off yesterday, he had apparently torn those to pieces in a rage as well.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

Sure enough, he found his shredded trousers on the floor. At this moment, his heart was in ruins.

He thought to himself that manufacturers these days were getting lazier and lazier. The quality of clothes was terrible—they could be destroyed so easily despite being far from cheap. It was truly outrageous.

At this moment, he didn’t have the slightest clue about his own strength. Anyway, it was all the manufacturer’s fault.

Thinking it over carefully, Yun Yingzhi realized that he and Elvis were currently in bed…

Why were they in bed?

Judging from the fragmented memories, he reasonably guessed that there was a high probability that he had forced himself on Elvis.

Yun Yingzhi’s expression froze.

Elvis was the Imperial Crown Prince. Without a doubt, he would be the supreme Emperor of the Los Empire in the future.

And he, the unfavored second son of the General’s Manor, had directly and forcibly pinned the Imperial Crown Prince to the bed.

It seemed he had taken advantage of the Prince’s exhaustion last night to force a night of passion.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

What kind of treason charge would this be? He felt like his whole world was ending.

Should I… run away first?

But how?

He fell into deep thought as he stared at his torn clothes.

Under normal circumstances, he could contact the hotel staff or his three roommates to have them bring him a change of clothes. But doing that would likely expose the fact that something unusual had happened between him and Elvis…

No!

Whatever happened between him and Elvis today must absolutely never be known by anyone else!

Yun Yingzhi’s eyelids twitched wildly. His eyes darted around until they landed on Elvis’s clothes.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

He looked guiltily at Elvis.

Confirming that Elvis’s breathing was steady, Yun Yingzhi sniffled and removed his hand from the Prince’s eyelids.

In that unguarded moment, Yun Yingzhi caught sight of Elvis’s handsome sleeping face. He had to admit that when the man was asleep, he lacked that cold, unapproachable aura. He was incredibly likable—the kind of face that made people want to steal a kiss just by looking at it.

Yun Yingzhi forced himself to look away. His guilty black eyes struggled for a moment before they inevitably drifted back to Elvis’s clothes.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

He sneakily slid out of bed.

He had felt a bit sore down there before, but getting out of bed made it hurt even more—especially his waist.

He instinctively supported his waist with his hand.

He pursed his lips, his beautiful face slumping into a grumpy pout as he picked up Elvis’s clothes and transformed into his second form.

Compared to his human form, his second form was faster and much quieter.

The little white rabbit shouldered Elvis’s clothes and charged toward the outer parlor.

Once he had put some distance between himself and the bedroom, the rabbit sneakily changed back into human form and put on Elvis’s clothes.

The clothes were a bit large—even bigger than the white shirt he’d worn yesterday—but they would have to do.

It was better than streaking.

Yun Yingzhi opened his personal terminal, planning to contact the driver, Uncle Zhang.

However…

The moment he opened it, he saw a red “99+” badge for missed calls and a mountain of private messages.

Aside from those from his three roommates, the most frequent ones were from Yun Yinghui and Yun Yingyao.

Yun Yingyao had called three times and sent three messages asking where he was.

Normally, Yun Yingzhi and Yun Yingyao rarely messaged each other, so he was a bit surprised.

But what truly made him feel like he was about to collapse were the messages from Yun Yinghui.

Yun Yinghui: Yingyao said you went to a social mixer?

Yun Yinghui: Didn’t I tell you that you aren’t allowed to drink? And at your age, you aren’t allowed to date either?

Yun Yinghui: Zhizhi, call me back.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

What a dishonorable sister. She usually looked so cold and aloof, yet she had been a professional snitch since they were kids.

Yes, Yun Yingyao was exceptionally good at tattling. She didn’t snitch to their parents; she specifically went to Yun Yinghui.

Whenever Yun Yingzhi dared to do something Yun Yinghui had forbidden, he would turn around to see a pair of dark eyes staring at him—that was Yun Yingyao’s gaze. Immediately after, she would diligently play the role of a tattletale.

Yun Yingzhi’s childhood impression of Yun Yingyao was that she was either snitching to Yun Yinghui with a cold face or was currently on her way to snitch.

Yun Yingzhi felt his post-hangover headache getting worse.

Sniffling, he pulled a long face and replied to everyone one by one.

His excuse was that he had been too tired yesterday, found a place to nap, and had slept until now, so he hadn’t noticed the messages.

Yun Yinghui was likely busy and hadn’t replied yet.

Yun Yingzhi sincerely hoped that after this busy period, Yun Yinghui would forget everything that had happened yesterday.

After a moment of thought, he pursed his lips and unhappily opened the chat with Yun Yingyao to send a message: Are you an elementary schooler? How old are you, and you’re still snitching to Brother?

Yun Yingyao replied instantly: Heh.

Yun Yingzhi: Don’t ever do that again.

Yun Yingyao: Heh.

Yun Yingzhi: You dare tell Brother on me? You’ve been getting so close to that scumbag Huai Boshe lately, I’m going to tell Brother on you too!

Yun Yingyao: Are you an elementary schooler?

Yun Yingzhi felt her reply looked familiar, but he didn’t overthink it. He replied: What do you mean “elementary schooler”? I’m your brother! I’m looking out for you!

Yun Yingyao: Mm. Look back at the chat history.

Yun Yingzhi froze and scrolled up.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

No wonder it looked familiar. Not long ago, he had said the exact same thing to her.

Yun Yingyao: Heh.

Yun Yingzhi: “…”

He angrily closed the chat box.

Trying to calm his nerves, he contacted Uncle Zhang.

Uncle Zhang had been waiting for him all day yesterday and was currently in the underground parking lot.

Hearing this, Yun Yingzhi was filled with guilt. He should have told Uncle Zhang to go back earlier.

He pushed the door open and looked left and right; no one was there.

Since he was currently wearing Elvis’s clothes, he wanted to avoid running into students—especially anyone who might coincidentally recognize that the clothes he was wearing were the ones Elvis had worn yesterday. Without another thought, he transformed into his second form the moment he closed the door and headed for the stairs.

The little rabbit made a precise leap and opened the elevator door.

Before long, the elevator arrived. The rabbit hopped in, made another leap to press the button, and descended to the underground garage.

Only when he reached the parking lot did he truly breathe a sigh of relief.

Soon, the rabbit found the Yun family hovercar.

He jumped up, his tiny body clinging to the glass window of the hovercar, catching Uncle Zhang’s attention.

Seeing the rabbit pressed against the glass like a little pancake, Uncle Zhang’s smile deepened. He opened the car door, walked around to the front, and carried the rabbit back into the car.

Yun Yingzhi didn’t want Uncle Zhang to know that he had gone to a mixer and come back in ill-fitting clothes, so he didn’t dare change back to human form.

Uncle Zhang thought it was a bit strange but didn’t say anything.
