Chapter 174: The Explanation
“I’ll call a car to pick you up.”
The security at Yunding Yazhu was quite strict. Strangers and unfamiliar vehicles loitering outside would be intercepted by the guards on duty.
Zhou Siyin and Wu Aiai had only been to Gu Wanrongâs home near the school; they hadn’t been to Yunding Yazhu yet. There was no bus, taxis were expensive, and they weren’t allowed to enter, so Gu Wanrong asked the driver to pick them up.
At the entrance of the South Campus, a black Volkswagen was parked outside, with letters under the logo on the back.
The security uncle at the school gate was patrolling back and forth, constantly “accidentally” walking past the Volkswagen to sneak a peek at the novelty. “This license plate is a first-timer at the school.”

Once the driver picked up Wu Aiai, he drove them toward Yunding Yazhu.

As Wu Aiai was preparing to get into the car, she heard a few people nearby discussing it.
The focus of their discussion was exactly the car Gu Wanrong had sent to pick them up; it sounded like the car had quite the reputation.
After getting in and before she could speak to Zhou Siyin, Wu Aiai impatiently took out her phone and started searching.

Finally, she handed the phone back to Wu Aiai. After the two looked at each other, they fell into silence.
Time passed minute by minute, and the car slowly started, heading toward the destination. Along the way, no one spoke again. Only the warm air inside the car gently brushed against their hair.
After an unknown amount of time, the car smoothly drove into Yunding Yazhu.
Zhou Siyin took a deep breath, breaking the silence in the car, and said softly, “It seems Yuanyuan is far wealthier than we knew.”
She thought back to her anxious questioning of Gu Wanrong on the phone earlier and couldn’t help but feel that her worries were redundant.
Wu Aiai nodded repeatedly in agreement.
This car was the one Gu Wanrong had specifically chosen because it was “low-key” for coming to the school, and then there was the driverâand they still hadn’t reached Gu Wanrongâs house after entering the residential area.
Located in the center of the city, they hadn’t seen a single apartment building along the way. Just how large was this area?

After the three had a round of laughing, playing, and messing around, they finally sat down.

“Explain what?”
