Chapter 7: Are You Fishing for Me?
Liang Yuhang noticed that not only those girls, but several men nearby were also looking at Mu Feng.
He was simply killing it with both Alphas and Omegas.
“Attracting bees and butterflies,” he mouthed silently.
“I wanted to come out and play myself.” Mu Feng was still explaining with a grin over there, the chain around his neck swaying with his movements. “Yu’an is just keeping me company.”
Lu Zhuo knew exactly what kind of person Xiao Jiang was. In comparison, Mu Feng, whose private life was extremely disciplined, looked more like he was providing cover for him. So he said, “You don’t need to explain. I understand.”
Jiang Yu’an: “………..”
This prejudice was simply a mountain he couldn’t climb.
Jiang Yu’an argued weakly, “No, I… hey.”
Lu Zhuo raised his hand, took a photo of him, and saved it to his album. “Fourth time this month. Think carefully about how you’re going to explain this.”
Jiang Yu’an wilted, his face falling. “There are so many people here. Give me some face. Can’t you scold me when we get back?”
Mu Feng watched the show while finishing his drink, then turned his head, looking at Liang Yuhang as if casually. “Teacher Liang is here too. Are you two going to discuss business here?”
“Mn. It’s the same wherever we talk.” Liang Yuhang raised a hand to undo a button, sitting down very calmly, yet his gaze still landed on that silver chain.
Very suitable for locking up.
Liang Yuhang rubbed his fingers together lightly, feeling his own thought was absurd.
“Do these two handsome guys want a drink?” The pink-haired girl was very forward, pouring wine with one hand while grabbing Liang Yuhang’s arm with the other.
Mu Feng lifted his eyes and very clearly caught Liang Yuhang’s frown.
He truly hated others touching him.
“Apologies.” Liang Yuhang spoke, polite yet ruthless. “Please remove your hand.”
The music was a bit loud, and she didn’t hear clearly, leaning in closer. “What?”
Liang Yuhang couldn’t be bothered to explain. He simply stood up, used a bit of force, and shook off her hand. “Don’t touch.”
Then he changed seats, sitting right next to Mu Feng.
At least this guy looks less annoying, he thought.
Mu Feng’s smiling eyes curved. “Teacher Liang is so cold to pretty girls too? I thought you only hated me.”
Liang Yuhang felt there was a hidden meaning in his words. “Are you being sarcastic?”
“No, I’m very happy,” Mu Feng said from the bottom of his heart.
Knowing that Liang Yuhang hated everyone equally, the fact that he proactively sat next to him now indicated a very special status.
Rounding up, he’s interested in me.
Liang Yuhang commented, “Find some time to get a CT scan.”
See? Even saying there’s something wrong with my brain is so tactful. His toxic tongue level had dropped drastically. If he fell in love with him, who knew how spoiled he would become.
Mu Feng’s eyes curved again. “I went to the hospital yesterday. Intelligence is normal, and the fever is gone. Thanks for caring.”
Liang Yuhang: “………..”
He felt a sense of powerlessness communicating with this social butterfly.
He lifted his chin slightly, looking at Lu Zhuo, and went straight to the point. “Since you came here to catch him in the act too, let’s talk business.”
Jiang Yu’an jumped up in anger. “What catch in the act? We are purely brothers. Don’t insult people with your dirty, filthy thoughts.”
Liang Yuhang laughed once, the meaning unclear.
Lu Zhuo gave each of them ten thousand to send the crowd away. Finally, it was much quieter. He started chatting with Liang Yuhang about the military medical team’s equipment, talking for two whole hours.
“What gibberish are they speaking? Can’t understand a damn thing.” Jiang Yu’an mumbled as he plied Mu Feng with drinks. “Just like listening to our professor lecture. Makes me want to sleep as soon as he opens his mouth.”
Mu Feng had drunk a bit of wine. Alcohol loosening his tongue, he looked at this poor student with pity. “Such simple English words, you don’t understand?”
Jiang Yu’an frowned at him. “Why are you pretending? Your average score is only two points higher than mine.”
Mu Feng: “………..Mn, right. Those two points were just lucky guesses.”
“Exactly. Let’s not despise each other.” Jiang Yu’an came back to his senses. “Hey, do you think my brother put a tracker on me? How did he know I was here?”
Mu Feng suddenly choked on his wine, coughing twice. “Maybe his friend saw you? I drank too much, I’m going to the restroom.”
Ask any more, and the secret will be out.
Mu Feng had been here twice and knew the way well. But when he came out after washing his hands, he found the door had been closed. A man was standing there—he remembered him. It was the one staring at him from the next booth earlier, with eyes full of ill intent.
“Sir, please make way.” Mu Feng spoke gently.
“Dressed like this, looking for a master? How about me?” The man laughed as he leaned in. He was tall and strong, extremely frivolous, raising his hand to grab the chain on Mu Feng’s neck.
Mu Feng smiled and said, “Already have one.”
The man smiled like he had met a fellow enthusiast. “Mind one more?”
But before his fingers could touch, he felt his whole body pinned down by a force.
“Want to touch me?” Mu Feng’s lips hooked up very slightly, the smile not reaching his eyes. “I find your hands dirty.”
“You f*cking… give you face and you don’t take it…” The man flew into a rage out of humiliation, his expression changing instantly as he reached out to hit him.
Mu Feng stood there without moving an inch. His spiritual power condensed into an irresistible force, pressing heavily on the back of the other’s knees. He watched the man’s face turn pale, his legs trembling.
“Kneel.” He said.
The man was still struggling desperately to stand straight, but he was crushed by the invisible force until cold sweat poured down. His knees shook as they bent, and after resisting for less than ten seconds, he fell to the ground with a thud.
“How can you have such powerful spiritual power?” He looked up, seeing the boy’s beautiful face. He looked like a gentle, harmless Omega.
The other party hadn’t even leaked a bit of aura. Moreover, an Omega’s pheromones had no offensive power, yet right now, he was suppressed until he couldn’t move. “It hurts… stop pressing…”
Mu Feng lowered his eyes, increasing the pressure, and said with a smile, “Still want to be my master? Trash.”
The man opened his mouth slightly, but due to the pain, he couldn’t say a single word.
There were footsteps outside the door. Mu Feng keenly smelled a familiar scent—Liang Yuhang’s smell.
Mu Feng lifted his eyes to the door and tilted his head very slightly.
“Sorry to trouble you for a favor.” His voice was very soft, but the force controlling the man was heavy.
“What?” The man looked at him blankly, suddenly feeling himself being pulled by that force to stumble up, his whole body uncontrollably lunging forward.
Mu Feng fell backward, his back slamming into the rear wall. It was three points pain, but he acted out ten points.
Liang Yuhang pushed the door open and saw exactly this scene.
An attempted assault by a man, and a panicked, helpless boy. He looked scared and defenseless; even those innocent eyes seemed filled with tears.
“Teacher Liang.” Mu Feng struggled desperately, like grasping at a straw. “Save me.”
The man who had been controlled like a puppet: ????
His limbs didn’t listen to him at all, literally hitting wherever pointed. He looked like a manic beast, suffering unspeakably.
Then he felt his collar being grabbed and dragged backward violently. Before he could react, he was thrown heavily onto the ground.
Liang Yuhang’s foot stepped directly onto his chest. “Try touching him again?”
The man was beaten by both of them in turn, unable to even catch his breath. “I didn’t… it was him… on purpose…”
“On purpose to seduce you?” Liang Yuhang scoffed.
“Right, he was acting…” Before the man could finish, he was stomped on violently again, feeling like his sternum was about to crack. “I……. cough cough cough…. am going to die….”
Liang Yuhang turned his head to look at the person still pressed against the wall. He was silent, his spine trembling, looking like he had been bullied badly. The force under his foot couldn’t help but increase a few degrees.
Mu Feng watched Liang Yuhang fighting for him so unscrupulously. Suit and leather shoes, tie slightly messy—so f*cking handsome.
If only those thin-soled leather shoes were stepping on me. That damn pervert got off lucky.
“Where did he hurt you?” Liang Yuhang saw his dazed look and thought he was mostly scared silly, speaking coldly.
“Ah?” Mu Feng snapped back from his covetous gaze and showed him the scraped arm. “Just the hand. Small injury. Luckily you came.”
Liang Yuhang gave a grunt of acknowledgment. “How do you want to handle this person?”
Mu Feng still had a shred of conscience left and said gently, “You already vented for me. Forget it.”
“Forget it?” Liang Yuhang felt he was too easy to talk to, which made him easy to bully. But since he wasn’t the victim, he kicked the man heavily twice before dragging him up from the ground. “Get lost.”
The man dared not speak out in anger. He had seen a ghost today, running into two living Yamas. He scrambled away.
“The wound needs disinfecting, or it will get infected.” Liang Yuhang glanced at his red and swollen wound. “You have that much common sense, right?”
Mu Feng looked at him silently, his mind full of mischievous ideas.
“Scared silly?” Liang Yuhang walked closer, observing his subtle expressions. “Such small guts.”
“Legs are weak.” Mu Feng reached out, wanting to grab his arm, but then seemingly remembering something, he pulled back. “Sorry, forgot you don’t allow touching…”
Liang Yuhang gave a very light tsk and gripped his waist to prevent him from sliding to the floor, lending him some strength.
This waist really is thin. Even narrower than it looks.
“You really are trouble.” He said indifferently. “Better?”
Mu Feng quietly hooked the other end of the chain onto his tie clip and stepped back. “I can stand steady now. You can let go.”
Liang Yuhang withdrew his hand, but felt a very light tug on himself.
He looked down and saw that silver chain hooked onto his person, gleaming with a silver-white light under the lamp.
That empty end of the chain had found an owner.
Too many coincidences cannot be called a coincidence.
Liang Yuhang lifted his eyes, looking at him thoughtfully.
He spoke lightly, “What, are you fishing for me, Mu Feng?”
