Chapter 61: Different Expressions

Xiao Jihan thought to himself that before he left, he would fulfill his duties to protect and care for her. As for the future, Su Muyao had her own plans, and he could not interfere.
Su Muyao shook her head. “Itâs not like that.”
“Most of the things I plan to sell are made with your help. I only provided the ideas.”
“So, in a way, we are doing business together.”
Su Muyao softened her tone, whispering, “If something really happened to you, no one would be left to protect me. I am still very weak right now.”
“So, can we not go deep into the mountains for now? Letâs wait a while. Once itâs safer, we can go. Okay?”

“You should go rest too!”
Hua Linye protested, “I want to guard Wife-master. That way, I can protect you.”
Su Muyao was speechless. “Iâm not used to having someone in the room. I won’t be able to rest well.”
The light in Hua Linyeâs fox-like eyes dimmed slightly, and he could only say, “If you need anything, Wife-master, just call my name, and I will appear.”
“Okay, I know.”
Before Hua Linye could say anything else, Su Muyao shut the door and locked it from the inside.

If only there were potatoes.
But she was already very happy.

The Space System chattered on to Su Muyao incessantly.

The Space System said excitedly, “Host, the supplies released by the Space this time include potatoes! They are in the room next door.”
As the System spoke, the mist in the corner of the Space dispersed, revealing a wooden house.
