Chapter 1: Twin Brothers
On the Planet of Toxic Insects, an army was sweeping the battlefield. A clear, crisp command echoed from a flying warship: “This planet is already wasted. Prepare to withdraw and return to the city.”
Beep, beep, beep!
Suddenly, everyoneâs detection bracelets began to ring. The display didnât show toxic insects or resources, but ratherâa female!
“How could there be a female here? Isn’t it just a bunch of stinking, disgusting toxic insects?”
“Yeah, is the equipment malfunctioning?”
The crowd was shocked. Colonel Fred and Major Enzo were the first to leap from the warship, following the instrumentâs guidance. In a shell crater a hundred meters away, they actually saw a female!
Her long hair fell like a waterfall, partially wrapping around her body. Her clothes were tattered and torn as she curled up in the crater; from a distance, she looked as small as an infant.
Only upon drawing closer did they realize she was an adult female.
On her small, palm-sized face, two layers of eyelashes were black and thick. The bridge of her nose was smooth and upturned, and her lips were as full and crimson as rose petals. Her limbs were slender and graceful, and her figure was curvaceous and enchantingâutterly tempting.
She lay quietly in the vast, desolate crater, like a delicate flower blooming in the endless night.
Fred and Enzoâs hearts raced instantly as their blood surged. Especially upon seeing glimpses of her exposed, tender skin, they realized they had never seen a female so beautiful!
The two quickly took off their coats to wrap her up and gently picked her up, their movements as careful as if they were cradling a precious treasure.
“Back to the planet, quickly!”
The warship returned to the planet at maximum speed. The soldiers following behind caught a glimpse of that drifting long hair, and their hearts fluttered.
It really was a female!
Although they hadn’t seen her face, just from those soft strands of hair, they could imagine how beautiful she must be.
Furthermore, the twin star officers, who were usually decisive and ruthless in battle, had acted with such tenderness just now, for fear that even a little force would crush her.
Soon, the warship arrived at the Central Planet Military Base Medical Center.
Fred took the green channel all the way, cautiously placing the girl in his arms into the examination machine.
Enzo stared fixedly at the unconscious girl, his eyes filled with worry.
“Don’t worry, I’ll examine her right now!”
The physician turned on the machine and began a formal check of her physical condition.
A few minutes later, the report came out.

“May I ask how you are feeling now? Do you need us to withdraw from the medical ship so you can rest in peace?”
Female? Medical ship?
Su Miantang looked at them, her head full of question marks.
She noticed the two men in front of her were not only similar in appearance but also wore matching military combat uniforms. The sharp, neat lines accentuated their tall, upright, and spirited physiques.
The only difference was their rank: one had two bars and one star on his shoulder straps, while the other had two bars and three stars.
“Who are you?”
The little female spoke. Her voice was soft and sweet, and she even took the initiative to ask for their names. The two immediately responded with excitement.
“Respected female, we are twin brothers.”
“I am the elder brother, Fred Peres, Colonel of the Eagle Divisionâs First Special Forces.”
“I am the younger brother, Enzo Osiborn, Major of the War Wolf Counter-Terrorist Elite.”
So they were twin brothers; no wonder they looked so much alike.
Su Miantang was intimidated by their excessive politeness and high status. “Hello, my name is Su Miantang.”
Su Miantang?
It sounded like a piece of crisp, sweet, soft cotton candy.
Very much like her.
A soft smile rose in the eyes of both men.
Realizing they might have misunderstood something, Su Miantang explained, “The Mian from sleeping, and the Tang from begonia.”
Su Miantang?
She did indeed look like a begonia flower in mid-slumberâsweet and moving.
The smiles in their eyes deepened.

Su Miantang was stunned by the unprovoked goodwill they were radiating. Her gaze bypassed them and saw a bionic robot nearby, holographic projection technology on the walls, and auto-sensing screens.
Through the window, she even saw mecha squads flying in the sky, spaceships, planetary rings, and so on. She made an incredible discovery… she hadn’t been blown to another country; she had been blown off the Earth!
“Respected Miss Miantang, who abandoned you on the Planet of Toxic Insects?”
Females were already scarce in the Imperial Capital, and each one was treated as a treasure, let alone a peerless beauty like her.

Once the investigation was complete, he would certainly deal with them using the strictest military law! Fred thought, his face grim.

“I don’t know.”
She supported her head, feigning amnesia. “It seems I can’t remember anything…”

Su Miantang took a sip of water, looking down at the military cloak covering her and the large patches of black ash staining her skin. “Can I take a bath?”
“Of course you can!” Fred replied. “I wonder if I might have the honor of inviting you to my manor? It has the most advanced bathtub on the Central Planet; I guarantee you will find it very comfortable!”
Hearing this, Enzo turned to look at his brother, alarm bells ringing in his heart.
From the moment he met Su Miantang, she was the only one in his eyes and heart. He hadn’t noticed that his brother had also set his sights on her.
It was true; their tastes had been very similar since childhood. Not to mention a top-tier female like Su Miantangâbeautiful, gentle, and extremely politeâit wouldn’t be an exaggeration for all males to like her.
But he would never back down, even if the opponent was his brother!
