Fred reluctantly let go of Su Miantang’s calf, and Enzo also stroked her air-dried hair with lingering affection. Her hair was fluffy, soft, and emitted a fragrance that made him want to bury his face in it and inhale deeply.
Zhao Man, the head of the Statistics Department of the Female Protection Agency, entered the medical room. She was somewhat surprised to see the Empire’s proudest and youngest twin star officers bowing their heads and submissively caring for a female with such tender expressions.
Didn’t they claim they were too young and had no interest in romance? Didn’t they say they only wanted to serve the country on the battlefield, refusing to enter their glandular information into the Central Mainframe for pheromone matching, even attempting to evade royal marriage alliances?

“Chief Zhao Man!”

Enzo followed his gaze and saw Su Miantang, who was smiling like a blooming flower.
It seemed his brother was determined to compete with him.

“Miss Su Miantang, please step in front of the detection machine. The system will scan your iris information and display your identity… Ah!”
Before Zhao Man could finish her sentence, she covered her mouth in shock.
How could this be?
Fred and Enzo stepped forward quickly and saw four large words displayed prominently on the mainframe screen: NO RECORD FOUND!
For a moment, they were shocked and angry, yet a faint, greedy selfishness sprouted in the depths of their hearts.
They were shocked because the information of every person born in the Empire was entered into the Central Mainframe, yet hers was missing.
They were angry because this likely meant she had been abandoned at birth, kidnapped, or hidden away and abused.
They were greedy because the lack of information in the mainframe meant she had no family, no males, and now, even her memories were gone.
Did that mean they would be the closest people to her from now on?
Looking at their reactions, Su Miantang roughly understood what was happening.
She was from Earth; it was normal that there was no information about her here.
What would they do next? Would they question her? Could she still pass if she continued to feign amnesia?
While she was worrying, Zhao Man, who had been immersed in shock, suddenly let out an incredibly joyful smile. “This is wonderful! The Empire has gained another female, and one so young and beautiful at that. This is truly a gift from the Beast God!”
Fred and Enzo also stepped forward, both giving her a formal military salute and making a solemn promise. “Tangtang, we will always stay by your side and protect you well from now on!”
“…” The completely unexpected reaction moved Su Miantang deeply. She opened her mouth but could only manage one sentence after a long pause: “Thank you. Thank you both.”
“Don’t mention it. Come this way with me.”
Zhao Man led her to the Statistics Department.
“Next, I will record your identity information so you can officially become a part of the Empire, alright?”
“Alright.”
Su Miantang nodded, cooperating as Zhao Man collected her iris scans, fingerprints, and other data. Once recorded and uploaded to the Central Mainframe, the Female Protection Agency also provided her with a residence, living expenses, and a brand-new optical computer.
“Do you have a physical examination report?”
“Yes.” Fred handed the report generated earlier to Zhao Man.
Zhao Man took it with delight. She was fantasizing about what noble grade and fragrant scent such a beautiful female’s pheromones would have, only to see the entry—Unknown. Her expression froze instantly.
When she looked at Su Miantang again, her eyes held a bit more pity and regret.

Zhao Man paused for a moment, then nodded.
She hadn’t expected them to be so proactive even though she lacked pheromones. It seemed they truly liked her.
Su Miantang had thought the residence arranged by the Female Protection Agency would be a temporary shelter, but to her surprise… it was actually a small villa!
