Chapter 57: The White Tiger Transforms into a Human
Early in the morning, she went to find Catherine. “Your Highness, I have an urgent matter and need to go home for a trip.”
“Go home?” Catherine mocked. “I think you realize you can’t fulfill the bet and want to run away, don’t you?”
“No, I just need two hours. If you’re worried, you can have the royal guards follow me.”
“With their meager abilities, they aren’t even enough for the Twin Stars to warm up with. For you, those brothers aren’t even afraid of death. What’s killing a few guards to help you escape to them?”
“If I would put them in danger, I wouldn’t have agreed to the bet with you.”
Su Miantang didn’t quite understand her thought process. Catherine felt she had a point, but was still very hesitant. “What urgent matter do you have? I can send someone to resolve it.”
“No need.” She refused flatly. “It’s a private, personal matter, not convenient to disclose.” She absolutely couldn’t let Catherine know she was secretly keeping a Class 1 nationally protected animal; otherwise, she’d give her another vulnerability to exploit.
So cautious? Catherine thought for a moment and agreed. “Alright.”
“But…” A mysterious smile appeared on the corner of her mouth. “You have to wear something first.” “What?”
Catherine gave a look to the guard beside her. The latter immediately understood and fetched a shackle from the national armory.
“This is an electronic handcuff, forged from Mystic Iron, the hardest metal in the world. Without the password, no person or object can open it.” Catherine said as she fastened it onto Su Miantang’s right wrist.
“It can track your location in real-time and also has a punishment function. If you do not return within two hours or if you leave the Central City, it will instantly release a voltage of over 1000V, shattering your soul and turning you to ashes!” “…”
A thousand volts? Su Miantang laughed dryly. “You’ve troubled yourself. Using a butcher’s knife to kill a chicken.”
“Hahahahaha~ Who told you to be so cunning? Dealing with someone like you requires the most ruthless methods!”
Su Miantang couldn’t be bothered to waste words with her. She just wanted to return home quickly and kiss and hug her little sweetie. She hadn’t seen it for nearly ten days and missed it to death. Hopefully, it was already awake.
She took the aircraft, quickly arrived at the Jiuqing Villa Area, and pushed open the door. She found the place completely silent. Was Lanlan not awake yet? That shouldn’t be?
She cautiously walked up to the second floor, ready to check on its condition. Unexpectedly, the moment she stepped in… her legs instantly went soft.
S-so big… such a big white tiger! Was this Lanlan?! This wasn’t scientifically possible. It had only been ten days, how did it grow so big!
She remembered when she left, it was just a tiny thing curled up in the middle of the bed, its sleeping face peaceful and well-behaved. But now, the entire bed had collapsed under its weight. Its massive body occupied more than half the room. Even in sleep, it still exuded an undeniable, kingly dominance.
She had originally wanted to come back, mix a bottle of milk for it, and play with it for a while. Now it seemed it would be better to call the animal protection agency directly! Lest she wake it up, and it, famished and with its wild nature erupting, swallow her in one bite.
“Welcome to the Central Empire National Animal Protection…” As Su Miantang dialed the optical computer, she accidentally glanced at it. Then, she saw an incredibly bizarre scene, scaring her so much that with a clack, the optical computer fell straight to the floor.
Around the sleeping white tiger, a faint red light emanated. The light grew from weak to strong, and when it became blindingly bright, it abruptly transformed into a human shape?!
A completely naked adult male.
She opened her mouth in disbelief, reaching out to support herself against the doorframe to barely keep from collapsing. Her gaze traveled from those long, straight legs upward… and hastily shifted away in a panic.
Looking out the window at a towering, lush, giant tree growing under the golden sunlight, she finally understood why it had been so indignant when she teased it about being small. It turned out it was actually this terrifying!!!
“Hello, this is the National Animal Protection Agency. How may I help you?” The voice of the staff member came from the optical computer.
Su Miantang, however, couldn’t hear it at all. She knew she shouldn’t turn her head back, but she couldn’t control her eyes at all, because the man’s physique was simply too perfect. Like a god’s sculpture from ancient Greek mythology worshipped by all, every part was carved according to the golden ratio.
Besides a pair of incredibly long, handsome legs, eight distinctly defined abdominal muscles followed a smooth V-line, taut and well-proportioned, containing an unparalleled sense of power and rich male pheromones. She couldn’t see clearly. She tiptoed over, taking off her coat to cover him up a bit. Some parts were simply too conspicuous and unseemly.
One step, two steps, three steps… Finally, she reached him. When she saw that impeccably handsome, god-like face, her jaw almost dropped.
Th-this familiar face, wasn’t it General Aslan, who had been all over the optical network and repeatedly mourned by countless citizens of the Central Star for the past half month?!
How could he… She should have thought of it. Just as Fred and Enzo had said, how could a white tiger be ordinary? Furthermore, his recovery ability, growth speed, and those flame-like red wings he had differentiated all indicated the extraordinary talent of a divine beast!
To prevent herself from making a mistake, she rubbed her eyes, bent down, slowly approached him, and observed carefully. It was definitely him!

The little female’s warm breath evenly sprayed onto the man’s face, causing those thick black eyelashes to flutter slightly, as if he had been awakened.

He grabbed her wrist and pulled her into his embrace.

Want???!!! Was it the ‘want’ she was thinking of?
“N-no!” She quickly denied it, but the man seemed to see through her thoughts, his gaze lazily glancing downward.
“Then why did you take your clothes off?” Su Miantang: “…”
In the bedroom, her coat was removed, the bed collapsed, and his naked body… Why did it feel like the evidence was conclusive and she had no way to argue her innocence?
