Chapter 79: The Secretly Showy Big White TigerÂ
“That’s enough, you two. You aren’t the main characters here…” Lin Xia looked at Wang Ziyu and the White Dumpling, who were hugging each other and weeping tears of emotion. He felt a headache coming on. He whispered to them while pulling out tissues to wipe their faces.
“Mm!” “Aowu!” Wang Ziyu and the White Dumpling felt that made sense, so they stopped crying.
Lin Xia signaled Chen Mingzong with his eyes, and Chen Mingzong understood immediately. Seeing the Little Hamster being hugged by someone else for so long had made him rather unhappy, even if that person was his brother.
“Let’s eat. Little Hamster hasn’t had dinner yet,” Chen Mingzong said coolly as he stepped forward. The air pressure around him was low; the moment he approached, the three Chen brothers instinctively separated.

“Aowu!” Papa, An’an wants cola! The White Dumpling licked the corner of his mouth, holding his cup and pouting his lips toward Lin Xia.
“Okay.” Lin Xia poured him a cup of cola. The cup had a straw, so the White Dumpling could drink it himself.
“Aowu…” The White Dumpling drank too fast and choked on the fizz. His nose was filled with the smell of cola.
“Drink slowly,” Lin Xia said softly, pinching the White Dumpling’s nose gently.
“This cat is quite clever!” Lu Mou laughed. The interaction between the human and the tiger was so prominent it was hard to ignore. Aside from Chen Zhong and Lu Mou, everyone else either knew the truth or was used to it.
Lu Mou and Chen Zhong were puzzled. Did someone really bring a cat to the dinner table? But seeing everyone else’s calm demeanor, they didn’t ask. Asking would only make them look strange.
However, this cat was incredibly smart and truly likeable. No wonder Lin Xia and the others treasured it so much.
“He is,” Lin Xia smiled. The White Dumpling wasn’t an ordinary animal; of course he was clever.
“Aowu!” An’an is super smart! The White Dumpling puffed out his chest, looking proud.
“Eat more fish. Eating fish makes you smarter.” Lin Xia placed a piece of de-boned fish into his bowl. The White Dumpling opened his mouth and, with an Aowu, rolled the meat into his mouth with his tongue.
“Yaoguang, studying is hard work, you should eat more too,” Lin Xia said, placing some fish in Chen Yaoguang’s bowl as well.
“Thanks, Brother Lin!” Chen Yaoguangâs heart warmed. A smile floated in his eyes, forming the same crescent-moon shape as the Little Hamster’s.
“Brother Lin, I’m a student too. Why didn’t you give me any?” Wang Ziyu jumped out to fight for favor. His words sounded a bit shameless, but he wasn’t wrong. He was a university student, and university students were students too!
“…Here, thank you for your hard work,” Lin Xia didn’t know whether to laugh or cry as he gave him a piece of fish.
“Thanks, Brother Lin~” Wang Ziyu thought his voice sounded sweet, but it grossed everyone else out.
“Ugh!” The others got goosebumps from Wang Ziyu’s tone.

“Aowu!” Papa, Babi definitely wants you to give him some fish too! Babi, An’an is right, isn’t he! The assist, White Dumpling, wagged his tail and spoke with certainty. After speaking, he looked at Tang Yinlang for credit.

“Do you have enough money? If not, tell Big Brother.” Although they weren’t very close, Chen Zhong still liked this younger brother.
“I have enough, Big Brother, don’t worry,” Chen Yaoguang said hurriedly. Big Brother didn’t have it easy, and besides, he really did have enough money. Mom and Dad spoiled him and never shortchanged him financially. Plus, a kind person was sponsoring his studies this semester.

“I figured it out.” Chen Yaoguang had worked part-time at the pet shop for a while. The people there liked the same sex. After staying with them for so long, Chen Yaoguang thought everyone looked gay.
“Do you have any other thoughts about it?” Chen Zhong worried his brother couldn’t accept this kind of relationship.

Chen Zhong spoke ironically, making a joke. Could Chen Dad and Chen Mom have predicted that they would be with men in the future, hence the bias? But how was that possible? Bias was something ingrained in their bones…
“Rely on me? I might not necessarily…” Chen Yaoguang thought of his parents and smiled just as sarcastically.
“Huh?” Chen Zhong didn’t understand for a moment.
“Big Brother, we might all be the same…” Chen Yaoguang looked up into the distance, through the gates of the night market. Inside, voices were boiling over, lights illuminated the darkness. It was another world…
Author’s note: The Big White Tiger has men sao (secretly showy/passionate) attributes… Chen Dad and Chen Mom haven’t received their punishment yet; the Chen family story isn’t over… The best punishment is denying them what they want most, no matter how hard they try… All their sons like men.
