Chapter 60: Itâs Truly Disgusting
If looks could kill, Li Xuanyue would have been dead by now.
Li Qingheâs murderous gaze hadnât left her for a single second since her arrival.
It was clear just how much of an impact Li Xuanyueâs presence had on her.

Empress Lin was already furious that her son had been plotted against. Now, hearing from Li Xuanyue that Li Qinghe had indeed privately mistreated her son, her face was so dark with rage it looked like charcoal.

Since the fact of the abuse couldn’t be changed, Li Qinghe had no intention of taking the blame for mistreating Jun Mo herself. Instead, she shifted the blame directly onto the maids caring for him in Qihua Hall.
However, everyone knew that without the master’s word, how would the servants dare to act so recklessly?
Li Qingheâs lack of responsibility was truly infuriating and contemptible.
“Is Princess Qinghe trying to shirk responsibility?”

Li Qinghe looked at Li Feng in horror.

“Sister, are you satisfied with this arrangement?” she asked in a gentle tone.
Although Li Feng didn’t particularly like Empress Lin as a person, the Phoenix Clan was undeniably in the wrong this time.
Li Feng couldn’t maintain a lofty attitude in front of her.
Although Li Feng’s punishment had somewhat quelled the anger in Empress Lin’s heart, seeing the look of utter unwillingness on Li Qinghe’s face made her feel the fire rising again.
“Hmph, is this how the Phoenix Empress usually educates her daughter?”
Empress Lin mocked unkindly: “This Palace sees that Princess Qinghe doesn’t seem very satisfied with your punishment!”
