Chapter 37-38 (Combined) part 1
What on earth is in this follower list!
Scrolling down, it was a long list of mutual follows with girls. And clicking into the comment section of his videos… it was simply unbearable to look at.
AAAAA Wholesale Seafood Sister Wang: Little brother, this pic is so handsome, post a pic of your abs!
Yeyi Ye Yi Ye: Can’t do that, if I post it, will you take responsibility for me, sister?
1.88m Handsome Flying Cockroach: Bro, you’re so handsome, I’m already hard.
Yeyi Ye Yi Ye: Are you gay? Just to clarify, I’m straight.
Wah Da Xi Wa Too Hungry: Let sister have a lick, slurp slurp.
Yeyi Ye Yi Ye: Enjoy yourself.
…
Bai Sinian closed his eyes, sighed deeply towards the ceiling, feeling a mix of anger and disappointment! Cui Yeyi, don’t blame me for this.
He long-pressed a comment and hit report without hesitation.
Reason for reporting: Pornography and vulgarity.
Reporting one is reporting, might as well report all of Cui Yeyi’s comments. Hehe, Bai Sinian smiled bitterly, holding his forehead and shaking his head.
Returning to the “Dazzling Star” account, Bai Sinian still didn’t let go of any of Cui Yeyi’s commentsāreport, report, report!
After reporting all the comments, Bai Sinian suddenly noticed there were also quite a few highly-liked comments cursing them.
“Desperate for fame, aren’t you? Instead of studying properly, you’re thinking about composing music to get hype. My advice: stick to studying.”
“Looks handsome, but the skill really can’t compare to professional bands, it’s dog shit.”
“Get lost, don’t debut!”
…
Saying they were bad was one thing, Bai Sinian could accept that, but personal attacks?
Having reached the daily report limit, Bai Sinian changed tactics. He immediately registered a side account and started refuting these peopleācommonly known as flaming them back.
But actually, he didn’t use dirty words like the other side. Instead, he argued with reason and evidence, defending Dazzling Star like a die-hard fan. This wasn’t the first time he’d done something like this; it came naturally to him!
After lunch, he accompanied his parents to the park and shopping in the afternoon, had dinner out in the evening, and after returning to school, continued to use his side account toę¼ (duƬ – attack/retort against) those negative comments.
Bian Rui arrived at the dorm relatively late. As soon as he entered, he saw Bai Sinian lying on the bed scrolling through his phone. He walked back and forth in the dorm a few times, but Bai Sinian didn’t even notice him.
Finally unable to bear it, he leaned over the head of Bai Sinian’s bed, very close to his face. “What exactly are you playing?”
“Ah!” Bai Sinian was startled, his hand slipped, and the phone smashed directly onto his face.
Bian Rui didn’t know whether to laugh or cry: “What are you doing?”
Bai Sinian, still shaken: “Just, just playing on my phone…”
Bian Rui: “Playing so engrossed?”
“Uh-huh…” Bai Sinian felt guilty.
He sat up from the bed, changing the subject: “Bian Rui, when did you get back? Have you eaten?”
Bian Rui turned around, sat back on the chair in front of the desk, slightly bent his legs, stretched, and said: “I’ve been back for a while, you were just focused on your phone. Is the new phone that fun?”
“Yeah, it’s new after all! Hehe…”
As soon as he finished speaking, Cui Yeyi walked in wearing a white tank top. “What’s new? Do you guys have a charger?”
Cui Yeyi looked up at Bai Sinian sitting on the edge of the bed. His fair, long legs dangled in mid-air, better looking than a girl’s legs. He subconsciously swallowed.
“What charger?” Bai Sinian asked.
Cui Yeyi showed his phone’s charging port to Bai Sinian, but his eyes unconsciously lingered on other parts of Bai Sinian.
“Oh, I have one. Wait, I’ll get it for you.”
Bai Sinian agilely jumped off the bed, unplugged the charging cable from the desk, and gave it to him. Cui Yeyi took it but didn’t leave immediately.
“It’s okay, I’ll just sit here and charge.”
Cui Yeyi plugged it back into the socket, the other end into his phone, acting casual as if it were his own dorm. He scrolled through his phone while charging.
Bian Rui couldn’t stand it anymore. He got up to find pajamas in the closet, planning to shower, leaving a sentence behind: “Charging like that, it won’t charge all night.”
“Mind your own business.” Cui Yeyi retorted with his head down.
Bian Rui couldn’t be bothered to respond further and turned into the bathroom.
Cui Yeyi was sitting on Bai Sinian’s chair, making it inconvenient for Bai Sinian to tidy up his desk, so he started cleaning the dorm instead. Cui Yeyi played on his phone while sneaking glances at Bai Sinian.
Bai Sinian was handsome, the kind of domestic boy-next-door handsome. If he dressed up a bit and stood on stage, he would definitely be an eye-catcher, Cui Yeyi thought silently.
Suddenly, when his eyes fell on the phone screen again, he yelled out “Holy shit”.
Bai Sinian stopped his work, leaning on the broomstick. “What are you screeching about now?”
“Holy shit, who reported me! My account is gone! Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck!” Cui Yeyi jumped up from the chair like a thunderclap.
Bai Sinian glanced at him guiltily, then silently buried his head and continued sweeping.
“Why is this floor so dirty… I’ll go next door to borrow a mop.” Bai Sinian pretended to be calm, put the broom aside, walked out of the dorm, then sprinted to the dorm next door, closed the door, phew…
The classmate next door looked at him confusedly. Bai Sinian laughed dryly: “Hehe, do you, have water? Give me a sip.”
The classmate very kindly boiled water for him. Bai Sinian then said he’d wait for the water to cool down before drinking. The classmate looked at him bafflingly.
Bai Sinian, however, pricked up his ears to eavesdrop on the sounds from his own dorm. At first, Cui Yeyi was cursing loudly in his dorm, cursing the reporter to have no descendants. Soon after, the voice gradually lowered, and then there was no more cursing.
Bai Sinian stayed in the unfamiliar classmate’s dorm, treading on thin ice, toes curling in embarrassment.
After confirming he couldn’t hear Cui Yeyi’s voice from the dorm anymore, Bai Sinian borrowed a mop and went back to his own dorm.
Cui Yeyi was gone, and the phone charging cable had been taken away too. Bai Sinian silently heaved a sigh of relief.
“What happened? I just heard Cui Yeyi cursing.” Bian Rui came out of the bathroom after showering, wearing a short-sleeved shirt and shorts, a towel around his neck, wet hair emitting the scent of shampoo.
Bai Sinian tried his best to hide his guilt: “Don’t know, something about his account being reported and gone, he was very angry, I didn’t ask much.”
“Oh, making a fuss all day long.” Bian Rui wasn’t interested in Cui Yeyi’s affairs and didn’t ask further.
Bian Rui went to the balcony to blow-dry his hair, and Bai Sinian climbed into bed to sleep.
Before sleeping, his curiosity got the better of him, and he couldn’t help but log into the “Dazzling Star” account. Sure enough, he received a notification that the system had processed the report.
It seemed he wasn’t the only one reporting. With Cui Yeyi’s comments that were basically flirting, many romantic rivals must have been watching him. With enough reports, getting banned was natural.
Bai Sinian’s inner guilt lessened slightly.
He logged back into his side account and continued to battle with those leaving negative comments. Anyone who dared to say a bad word about his idols, he would reply with ten sentences proving their worth!
Bai Sinian was afraid of disturbing Bian Rui’s rest, so he hid under the covers in the middle of the night to continue the online war.
