Falling Into the ABO World, I Tamed the Obsessed Alphas Chapter 1

Chapter 1

In a private luxury box, the sound of wailing, off-key singing blasted from the speakers.

Pheromones laden with various emotions filled the air; the messy mixture acted like a volatile catalyst. Everyone was cheering and partying, except for the man sitting in the center of the sofa, who showed no reaction at all.

He seemed trapped in some sort of nightmare scenario, but amidst the chaos, no one noticed anything wrong with him.

Suddenly, his eyes snapped open. He jerked his back away from the sofa, his eyes filled with confusion and panic as his gaze swept over the scene before him.

The confusion in Shen Yuqing’s eyes deepened. Wasn’t he on his way to visit relatives?

His memory seemed to glitch, and then, a flood of memories that didn’t belong to him came crashing in. His temples throbbed violently, and he couldn’t help but suck in a cold breath.

Before he could even sort through the chaos in his head, someone sat down next to him.

The person draped an arm around his shoulder, reeking of alcohol, and slurred, “Yuqing, my Brother Qing, why are you sitting here drinking all alone?”

Shen Yuqing turned to look at him, and a name automatically popped into his brain: Lin Sui.

Lin Sui smelled heavily of liquor, and the corners of his eyes were red. He looked like he had consumed quite a bit as he muttered, “Don’t be upset just because your cards got suspended. I’ll make sure you have a blast in a minute!”

Shen Yuqing’s brain was still swelling with pain, and for a moment, he didn’t understand what the guy meant.

Just as he was about to speak, he saw the door to the box being pushed open from the outside. Shen Yuqing looked up to see three people appear at the entrance. The two on the sides appeared to be bodyguards, and their hands were clamping down on the man in the middle.

His gaze fell on that man. The school uniform shirt the man wore was disheveled, the collar wide open. If one were to get closer, they would be able to see everything through that open neckline.

Shen Yuqing had just furrowed his brows when a mechanical voice suddenly rang out in his mind.

[Target character detected. Please review the corresponding data.]

[Target Character: Song Wangzhuo. Blackening Value: 70. Favorability: 0. Mission Progress: 1%. Character Current State: Semi-Awakened.]

Accompanying this mechanical voice, the fog in Shen Yuqing’s aching head finally cleared a little.

Yes, he had transmigrated.

He remembered that three minutes ago, there was an elevator accident. When he opened his eyes again, he was here.

In his past life, Shen Yuqing was an orphan. He had lived in an orphanage since he could remember, grew up with the financial aid of kindhearted people, and got into a decent key university. He had only graduated six months ago, and he never expected to just… croak like that.

Shen Yuqing accepted the fact of his transmigration quite readily. He was all alone anyway; living was living, no matter where he was.

However, he was still a bit unclear about the current situation. Where exactly had he transmigrated to?

At that moment, the System in his brain spoke rapidly: [Host, you have transmigrated into an Interstellar ABO Shura Field novel. You have become the story’s biggest cannon fodder villain, Shen Yuqing.]

Shen Yuqing’s eyelid twitched. He had a vague feeling this was going to be bad. The System continued: [This world is somewhat complex. The male leads of this world are awakening one by one, causing an error in the energy of the World Heart. It can no longer maintain the world’s operation. Therefore, your mission is to maintain the persona of the vicious cannon fodder villain while simultaneously preventing the protagonists from ‘blackening’ (turning evil), in order to prevent the world from collapsing.]

Maintain the vicious cannon fodder persona… but also stop the protagonists from turning evil?

Wait, why did that sound so contradictory?

Before he could think it through, someone suddenly threw themselves into his arms. Hey, hey, hey!

Shen Yuqing instinctively wanted to recoil, but remembering his character persona, he held back.

He looked down. It was the boy in the school uniform who had been forcibly dragged in.

The System said his name was Song Wangzhuo.

At this moment, he was practically kneeling on the floor, one hand bracing against the sofa by Shen Yuqing’s leg, the other pressing against the ground. His shirt hung loosely off his upper body.

Being this close, Shen Yuqing could hear his slight panting. The boy’s body temperature was abnormally high; even through his trousers and the thin shirt, Shen Yuqing could feel the heat radiating from him.

Song Wangzhuo’s upper body was practically pressing onto Shen Yuqing’s legs. He tried to get up, but due to the drugs in his system, he had no strength. He could only lift his head and glare stubbornly at Shen Yuqing.

Shen Yuqing didn’t have time to be shocked by his face; instead, he was stunned by the data fluctuations in his brain.

[Blackening Value: 74, Favorability: -10] [Blackening Value: 76, Favorability: -15] [Blackening Value: 78, Favorability: -20]

Wait, wait, wait! I haven’t even done anything yet!

The System urged him in his mind: [Host, in this plot segment, Song Wangzhuo has been drugged. The original host forces him to do things that would need to be censored with mosaic tiles. Please complete the plot progression immediately!]

Shen Yuqing felt his head expanding to twice its size. Why did he have to deal with something so intense right off the bat?

The body pressing on his legs continued to transmit heat to him. Beside him, Lin Sui laughed, his tone incredibly suggestive: “Brother Qing, you’ll like this.”

As soon as Lin Sui said this, Shen Yuqing saw Song Wangzhuo’s favorability drop to -30.

Okay, fine. So that’s how we’re playing.

He looked down again and saw Song Wangzhuo’s tense muscles. Clearly, the boy had reached his limit.

Shen Yuqing quickly calmed down. He turned his head to look at Lin Sui. “What did you feed him?”

Lin Sui let out a light chuckle, threw his head back to down his drink, and then slowly said, “Nothing much. Just a mood-enhancing drug my family recently developed. It just makes people more obedient after taking it. Don’t worry, Alpha metabolism is fast. It won’t cause any major issues.”

In other words, an aphrodisiac.

He glanced sideways at Song Wangzhuo, who was kneeling and slumped over Shen Yuqing’s lap. A trace of mockery flashed in his eyes, but when he looked back at Shen Yuqing, he smiled beamingly. “Didn’t you tell me two days ago that you liked Alphas of this type? How about it? Are you happy now?”

Lin Sui’s voice wasn’t loud, but it wasn’t quiet either. Shen Yuqing could hear it, and so could Song Wangzhuo.

The sound of data fluctuating rang in Shen Yuqing’s brain again. His temples throbbed as he looked down, locking eyes with Song Wangzhuo.

Because of the drug, the boy’s whole body was flushed red. Even in the dim light of the box, everything was clearly visible.

Especially those eyes—cold, unyielding, and containing a trace of ruthlessness.

Shen Yuqing’s scalp went numb. The System started rushing him again.

Shen Yuqing held out his hand to Lin Sui. “The antidote. Give it to me.”

Since Lin Sui’s family produced the stuff, he naturally carried the antidote.

Lin Sui frowned slightly but still fished a small vial of liquid out of his pocket. Shen Yuqing took it. He didn’t rush to feed it to Song Wangzhuo; instead, he cautiously asked the System to verify it first.

After confirming it was the antidote, he snapped open the vial cap and handed it to Song Wangzhuo. However, Song Wangzhuo didn’t take it—whether from a lack of strength or lack of trust, it was unclear.

Shen Yuqing clamped one hand around the boy’s jaw, forcing his face up toward him. His other hand looked rough, but the way he pressed the antidote against Song Wangzhuo’s lips was actually quite gentle as he poured it down.

By now, everyone in the box couldn’t help but look at Shen Yuqing with curiosity. Beside him, Lin Sui poured himself another drink and asked, “What? Are we playing the ‘pitying the fragrance and cherishing the jade’ (tender protector) role this time?”

Shen Yuqing had differentiated into a Beta at the age of sixteen. In this world, Beta was the most ordinary gender, neither as fierce as an Alpha nor as delicate as an Omega.

As someone from an excellent family background who grew up believing he would differentiate into an Alpha, Shen Yuqing’s mentality collapsed after he became a Beta.

In front of his family, he naturally behaved perfectly well. But outside, relying on the backing of the Shen Corporation, he had toyed with quite a few Alphas.

Lin Sui, as his childhood friend who had grown up wearing the same pair of pants, naturally knew all the dirty details.

Song Wangzhuo, still slumped on Shen Yuqing’s lap, felt his reason and strength gradually returning after drinking the antidote. He pressed his thin lips together tightly. The next second, he felt Shen Yuqing stand up, and he tipped to the side due to his weakness.

But the expected fall to the ground didn’t happen. A pair of hands caught him and pulled him up. It was Shen Yuqing.

What exactly does this Shen Yuqing want to do?

Shen Yuqing helped him sit on the sofa. Beside them, Lin Sui frowned. “Yuqing, what are you doing?”

I have to maintain the persona of a vicious mad dog… but I also have to prevent the male lead from blackening…

Shen Yuqing muttered to himself as he opened the bag sitting next to him.

Under everyone’s watchful eyes, he pulled out—a stack of exam papers.

Shen Yuqing slapped the papers onto Song Wangzhuo’s body and, using the most vicious tone he could muster in this lifetime, declared: “Make it snappy! Do all these exam papers for me!”

Everyone: “…”

System: “…”
