Chapter 20: How Many Kisses
How many times did we kiss?
This abrupt question instantly pulled Qin Huai’s thoughts back to last night.
Ambiguous, chaotic scenes replayed frame by frame in his mind like a movie.
In the humid, dim room, two heavy breaths interlaced—chaotic, disordered, accompanied by Duan Ke’s low sobbing.
Duan Ke seemed to like the taste of his fluids very much. When they first started kissing, he kept eagerly sticking out his tongue to beg for food, kissing even fiercer than Qin Huai, making whimpering sounds like a small animal.
But their stamina disparity was too great, and Duan Ke was much smaller than him. Not long after kissing, he fell completely into a disadvantage.
Qin Huai balled Duan Ke up and locked him in his arms, pressing him into the bedding. With a posture of complete suppression like treating prey, he kissed him while pressing against Duan Ke’s abdomen bearing the demonic markings.
At first, Duan Ke got more excited the more he was kissed, very proactive. But later, he couldn’t help but want to flee. By the latter half of the night, Duan Ke couldn’t even retract his tail and horns. The thin tail wrapped tightly around Qin Huai’s waist, its sensitive red tip completely wet, trembling pitifully.
His small face was flushed red from prolonged kissing. Qin Huai refused to let go no matter what. Duan Ke could only say in the extremely short intervals between kisses that he was really full, his stomach was bloated, begging him to stop.
“Weren’t you very arrogant when seducing me, Duan Ke.”
“Don’t move.”
Duan Ke begged for mercy all night, but Qin Huai only responded with these two sentences.
After saying them, he didn’t care much about Duan Ke’s endurance limit. No matter how Duan Ke cried, fussed, acted coquettishly, or even couldn’t help biting, Qin Huai pinned his hands down, not stopping until Duan Ke passed out. He continued to torment the unresponsive, soft body locked in his arms, kissing for who knows how long.
Later, when Duan Ke’s voice went hoarse and he couldn’t speak, Qin Huai started talking more, constantly coaxing him to open his mouth, not to resist, praising him for being good, calling him baby.
Until dawn broke.
Recollection ended.
A sense of powerlessness and loss of control surged up. Qin Huai silently supported his forehead.
He didn’t really want to answer Duan Ke’s question just now, and he couldn’t answer it either.
“I didn’t count.” Qin Huai didn’t say he actually lost count. “…Why ask this?”
Duan Ke gave a disappointed “Ah” and said timidly, “I wanted to calculate the kissing quota overdrawn in advance last night… So what do we do now, Brother Qin Huai?”
Duan Ke had basically forgotten the details of last night.
He only remembered they kissed for quite a while, and Qin Huai was so fierce. But the faint scent of agarwood on him was very pleasant.
Mmh… kissing technique was a bit lacking, but it improved later. Very fierce but very gentle. Muscles were also nice to touch.
As a little succubus, Duan Ke naturally liked humans’ well-honed bodies.
Especially when hugging tightly, the soft touch felt by the skin was addictive.
And the curves of the abdominal and pectoral muscles bulging when the other party tensed up, the veins bulging on the hands controlling him, the muffled groans when touched in certain places…
…Aiyaya, what am I thinking!
Duan Ke slapped his cheek hard. What he needed to do now was settle accounts clearly, not savor Qin Huai!
Duan Ke snapped back with a red face, looking at Qin Huai guiltily, explaining, “Didn’t we agree on once a week before? You emphasized not asking for more, so…”
“…It’s kissing once a week.”
Qin Huai emphasized the word “kissing” heavily, his eyes dark.
Duan Ke corrected himself dazedly, “Oh, okay. Kissing once a week.”
But what’s the difference between that and once a week? Eastern humans’ rhetoric is indeed complicated.
“I want to calculate how many weeks of kisses I overdrew last night, so I can know roughly when the next kiss will be.”
Duan Ke lowered his head, touching his bulging lower abdomen in distress.
Inside the reproductive cavity, it was very bloated.
Of course, it didn’t eat what it really wanted to eat. It was just that Duan Ke sucked too much vitality at once last night, creating a physiological illusion of fullness, similar to human bloating.
For the reproductive cavity to react so strongly, just how much did I pester Qin Huai for?
Duan Ke was in deep grief. No wonder his roommate who loved using Huabei used to hold Duan Ke’s hand with tears streaming down his face, warning him with jumbled words not to overspend.
Duan Ke now knew what it felt like to have empty pockets and heavy debts.
“Since neither of us remembers… let’s calculate based on twenty times, okay?”
Listless, Duan Ke frantically pressed the calculator with a bitter face. One day is twenty-four hours. Twenty times twenty-four, that is…
Duan Ke almost blacked out.
The countdown that was finally about to end had now turned into a whole 480 hours!!
Great. Food was scarce to begin with; now I’m completely out of ammo and food. Damn heat!!
Duan Ke turned off his phone in grief, fell backward, and sprawled on the bed Qin Huai had remade, covering his face and doubting demon life, wanting to explain to Qin Huai after he recovered.
“What’s wrong? Stomach uncomfortable?”
Seeing Duan Ke constantly rubbing his stomach, Qin Huai misunderstood. He sat next to Duan Ke and reached under the hem of Duan Ke’s clothes.
Duan Ke moved his hand away cooperatively to let Qin Huai touch him.
Qin Huai lowered his eyes, pausing when he saw the eerie, complex demonic markings. Whether it was an illusion or not, the color of the markings here seemed deeper than last night, and the size was larger.
Originally, it only covered a small patch below the navel; now it almost covered Duan Ke’s entire lower abdomen. Red and purple interlaced, gorgeous and bizarre.
Is it signaling some change in the Progenitor Succubus’s body?
“Not uncomfortable, just sad thinking I can’t kiss you for 480 hours.”
Duan Ke said no need to touch, but hummed comfortably after just two strokes. “Woo… so sore. A little to the right.”
Qin Huai moved his hand a bit to the right, lightening his movements. Spreading his five fingers, he could attend to Duan Ke’s entire thin waist.
“…I don’t mind,” Qin Huai said indifferently.
“Starting next week, feeding can continue as usual.”
Although Duan Ke didn’t actively mention his body changes, Qin Huai could guess the meaning of the deepening markings. It signaled that Duan Ke had absorbed his vitality and become stronger magically, and also meant his need for vitality was stronger and his appetite larger.
Duan Ke was already threatened by that evil dragon and couldn’t feed normally, and now his appetite had increased. If ignored completely, it was hard to guarantee Duan Ke wouldn’t experience fainting from hunger and going to the hospital again.
Of course, ensuring a monster’s safety wasn’t part of an Inquisitor’s job. But having misunderstood him once, it was understandable to want to compensate and help him.
Duan Ke lay on Qin Huai’s bed, his slightly long, fluffy curly hair spread out, making him look even more like a long-haired cat being petted by its owner.
Hearing Qin Huai say he was still willing to feed him as usual, Duan Ke was truly pleasantly surprised beyond words. He grabbed Qin Huai’s hand on his lower abdomen, his eyes bright. “Really, Brother? Thank you!”
“But…” Duan Ke hesitated. “Don’t you really dislike kissing?”
Remembering Qin Huai would rather cut himself than kiss before, Duan Ke said very seriously, “Brother, don’t force yourself to cooperate with me, or I’ll feel guilty! You can’t do that!”
Qin Huai gave a “Mn,” looking down at Duan Ke.
The already full lip bead was sucked a bit raw by him, red and vibrant. Anyone else seeing it would know how he was loved last night.
I did that.
Qin Huai’s Adam’s apple moved slightly.
If it were anyone else, Qin Huai naturally wouldn’t be interested.
But, if it’s Duan Ke…
Qin Huai suddenly asked, “With your current body, one kiss a week is hard to satisfy, right?”
“Huh? Yes, because of secondary development… it happens after being satisfied.”
“But it doesn’t matter; once a week is barely enough.”
Qin Huai disagreed: “That won’t do.”
He held Duan Ke’s wrist. Very thin; he could circle it completely with one hand. Duan Ke felt Qin Huai’s calloused thumb rub twice on the thin wrist bone, a bit heavily.
Duan Ke looked up blankly.
He saw Qin Huai looking over lazily with drooping eyelids. The dark depths of his eyes seemed calm, but Duan Ke instinctively felt a suppressed, extremely heavy aggression.
Duan Ke suddenly felt afraid, curling up and retreating backward.
How could Qin Huai allow him to resist? He quickly leaned over, supporting himself with both hands on either side of Duan Ke’s body, his rich, silent eyes lowered, scrutinizing him.
The gaze of a superior.
Duan Ke’s back hit the wall. He couldn’t retreat anymore, his voice trembling: “Brother, you…”
“Rules are flexible.” Qin Huai interrupted him. “They need to be adjusted according to your physical condition.”
Qin Huai’s voice was slightly hoarse and low, very calm. Listening only to the voice, no one would know he had cornered a trembling little succubus.
Looking at Duan Ke’s pretty eyes starting to fill with fear, Qin Huai laughed low. He raised a hand to pat his head.
“Change it to twice a week from now on.” There was pleasure in Qin Huai’s voice. “What do you think.”
