How Did the Promised Yandere Villain Become a Clingy, Obedient Dog? Chapter 21

Chapter 21: I’m Not Happy

Cheng Ge suddenly remembered a competition he had with two bros while doing planks.

The format was Cheng Ge doing a plank, one classmate lying underneath, and another classmate pulling a string one centimeter above Cheng Ge’s back. Touching any part of the string or any part of the boy underneath would end it.

Then the three took turns holding the plank, competing for time. The loser had to call the other “Daddy” and clean for the other for a month.

Cleaning was fine, but Cheng Ge would never call “Daddy” even if he died. In the end, Cheng Ge insisted for about 21 minutes, almost losing his life holding it, but fortunately, he won.

Cheng Ge glanced at the person lying on the sofa like a salted fish, as if glued to the sofa.

A thin slice, too skinny. The elbow bones protruded slightly. Because Wen Ling was very white, he didn’t appear so shriveled.

If Wen Ling were a little charcoal briquette, he would be no different from a stick figure.

Must make Wen Ling eat fatter, then train muscles! Only then is he a healthy sapling.

Cheng Ge took out the yoga mat he asked Wen Ling to buy in advance, spread it on the floor, then lay on the yoga mat, waving to the person on the sofa: “Wen Ling.”

Wen Ling lifted his eyelids to look at Cheng Ge, walked over with no energy, reached the destination, and fell directly onto Cheng Ge, preparing to sleep.

“…” Cheng Ge couldn’t bear to look at the person lying on him, almost forgetting what to say.

“Get up, get up,” Cheng Ge grabbed Wen Ling’s clothes and pulled him up. “I’m asking you to do a plank, not to sleep.”

“Not exercising.” Wen Ling replied crisply.

“Then I’ll play a game with you. Win and get a reward, lose… lose and no punishment. Play or not?” Cheng Ge felt this condition was attractive enough.

Sure enough, Wen Ling’s eyes suddenly brightened a bit: “What reward?”

“Think for yourself.”

“Then I want you tonight…”

“No!” Cheng Ge hurriedly interrupted this request.

“Why?” Wen Ling frowned.

Cheng Ge shook his head frantically: “Anyway, just this one is no.”

The two were deadlocked for a moment inexplicably. Finally, Wen Ling spoke: “Then I want you to kiss me seriously five times.”

Settling for the next best thing, Wen Ling decided to switch to kissing. He liked the feeling when Cheng Ge kissed him, but ever since Cheng Ge woke up last time, he was increasingly unwilling to kiss him.

Although when Wen Ling threatened Cheng Ge, Cheng Ge would eventually kiss him, he always frowned, especially perfunctorily. The feeling was different. Wen Ling didn’t like that.

“…Fine.” Cheng Ge felt Wen Ling’s request wasn’t outrageous and could reluctantly accept it. Just treating it as kissing a kid.

He adjusted Wen Ling’s plank posture, then raised one hand, placing the back of his hand two centimeters below Wen Ling’s waist.

“Start now. Last for two minutes. Can’t collapse the waist, can’t stick the butt up. Touching any part of my body doesn’t count as winning.”

“Okay.” Wen Ling stared into Cheng Ge’s eyes, actually having a hint of seriousness in his eyes.

When Wen Ling persisted for one minute, he obviously was losing perseverance. His waist had collapsed a bit, only a little bit away from touching Cheng Ge’s clothes.

“Hey hey hey, gonna lose.” Cheng Ge reminded him.

Then Wen Ling immediately tightened his waist a bit, just frowning tightly, expression puffed up with anger, writing “I’m unhappy” and “I’m not happy” on his face.

Cheng Ge had already set training Wen Ling into a little muscular hunk as a small goal, naturally treating it seriously. But Wen Ling’s look was as if he had bullied him.

Thinking of the substantial reward 001 mentioned, and also afraid that exercising would really provoke the little lunatic, he actively tilted his head up and kissed Wen Ling on the lips. Although the time was short, it definitely couldn’t be called perfunctory.

“Add oil (keep going), advance on the reward.”

Wen Ling’s expression indeed wasn’t so stinky anymore. He pursed his lips, rolled his eyes around, and finally, his gaze landed on Cheng Ge’s lips again.

Cheng Ge certainly didn’t notice this. One, his lying position was relatively high up, unable to see Wen Ling’s eyes clearly. Two, he was struggling with whether to go easy on Wen Ling.

Not on time, just on standards. Because Wen Ling was already sticking his butt up a bit; the back of his hand could slightly feel the friction of the fabric.

If he were participating in this competition, he would have been dragged by those bastards to call “Daddy” long ago in this situation.

But Cheng Ge lowered his eyes and glanced at Wen Ling’s tightly pursed lips. Seeing the person was already trying very hard, he’d better not be so “ruthless,” otherwise this little noob wouldn’t have enthusiasm next time.

“Four,”

“Three,”

“Two,”

“One.”

Almost as soon as “One” came out, Wen Ling collapsed on Cheng Ge like he had no bones, completely in a shutdown state.

Cheng Ge was quite happy too. Didn’t expect Wen Ling could really persist. Before, he always gave up halfway.

He kneaded the person’s arms, pounded his back, and helped him up, only to find Wen Ling’s eyelids were closing and opening, the whole person drowsy.

Cheng Ge raised an eyebrow. The little lunatic sleeping anywhere and everywhere was a first.

But thinking seriously, it was normal. Although Wen Ling didn’t persist long in each exercise today, the quantity won out. Adding it up, the exercise volume was considered large.

That time two days ago, Wen Ling also fell asleep directly on the sofa.

Cheng Ge concluded that Wen Ling’s light sleep was because he didn’t exercise or consume energy all day, so he couldn’t fall asleep and couldn’t sleep deeply. Unlike now, sleeping quite soundly.

Cheng Ge carefully carried the person to the corner of the sofa and covered Wen Ling with a blanket.

Actually, Wen Ling belonged to the type with very obedient looks, especially when sleeping. His hair hung down obediently, eyelashes long and dense, like a kid.

Recently, Cheng Ge had thought more than once: if Wen Ling’s father wasn’t like that, if he hadn’t suffered school bullying and various misfortunes, just a child from an ordinary family, he would probably grow into a quite sensible adult.

Unfortunately, there are no “ifs” in this world. The fact is Wen Ling’s worldview is distorted, his perception of the world is abnormal, paranoid and stubborn to the extreme. In short, Wen Ling would be judged as a bad person in society.

But he himself wasn’t a good person either. Cheng Ge often thought like this. If he didn’t know how to disguise, and what was exposed in society was his evil nature, he would also be judged as a bad person.

Probably everyone has evil thoughts in their hearts. It’s just that some people hide and restrain them, like Cheng Ge, while some let them develop and show them without scruples, like Wen Ling.

Cheng Ge wasn’t a busybody, but Wen Ling seemed to clash with him, making Cheng Ge unable to help pushing revenge aside, wanting to pull the little lunatic onto the normal path first.

Like 001 said, he wanted Wen Ling to grow into a healthy sapling.

Speechless… really been locked up too idle.

Probably due to excessive exercise, Wen Ling actually slept until the afternoon. Surprisingly, he didn’t wake up during the period, which was rare.

To supplement nutrition, Cheng Ge specially stir-fried an extra meat dish. Wen Ling tasted it with relish too, eating a small half-bowl of rice more than usual.

At night after showering, according to custom, Cheng Ge blew Wen Ling’s hair dry before letting him onto the bed.

(T/N: Although not enlightened and stubborn-mouthed, Little Cheng still spoils his wife very much hahahaha)
