I Became a Heartthrob After Transmigrating into an ABO World chapter 6-7

Chapter 6

Shen Shuyu lay in the grand villa for another two days. By Monday, he no longer needed to wear the inhibitor patch on the back of his neck. He stood in front of the mirror wearing the uniform school uniform, twisting his body to look at the slightly raised area on his nape. When his warm fingertips touched it, his body still felt a little weak.

He hurriedly shrank his neck back, muttering, “This thing really can’t be touched.”

Knock, knock.

The bedroom door was knocked on, and Shen Yisi’s voice came from outside. “Xiao Yu, are you ready?”

“Coming!” Shen Shuyu responded. He grabbed his bag, walked over, and opened the door.

Shen Yisi was still dressed in a suit, carrying a matching briefcase. Seeing Shen Shuyu in his school uniform, he smiled and asked, “What made you think of wearing the uniform?”

Shen Shuyu blinked lightly. “Does it not look good?”

“Xiao Yu looks good in anything.” Shen Yisi reached out and rubbed his head. “I used to tell you to wear it, and you wouldn’t. Why so proactive today?”

Shen Shuyu said, “Because I feel that a student should look like a student.”

Actually, he had been wondering this morning why the uniform looked brand new. He thought it was just well-maintained, but it turned out the original host had simply never worn it.

Shen Yisi didn’t dwell on the issue. He said gently, “Let’s go. If we don’t leave now, you’ll be late.”

Shen Shuyu followed Shen Yisi out the door.

The school the original host attended was called Xierteng Academy. It was a mixed school for Alphas, Omegas, and Betas. In this world, it was considered a top-tier institution, and many outstanding talents had graduated from here. Shen Yisi had also studied at this academy.

His dream had been to become a General and fight to protect the country, but because their father was in poor health and his younger brother was an Omega, he switched majors to study Finance.

Revisiting this familiar place, he felt a bit dazed. It wasn’t until Shen Shuyu called him twice that he turned his head and asked, “What’s wrong?”

Shen Shuyu said, “Brother, I really don’t want to switch majors.”

He had been living too comfortably the past two days and had forgotten about this major issue. The original host was currently studying in the Mecha Department. Although it was subdivided into many courses, generally, only Alphas or Betas enrolled. For many years, no Omega had chosen this department because it was exhausting and bitter work.

But only the courses in this department had a high overlap with the Protagonist Gong’s schedule. The original host had bitten the bullet and chosen it for the Protagonist Gong, but in this department, he was merely a mascot-like existence. After all, he was just a delicate Omega who couldn’t lift or carry anything heavy.

As for why the original host could stay in the Mecha Department, one could only say he had an amazing brother.

Shen Shuyu didn’t know why, but he suddenly recalled the original plot.

Just then, the roaring sound of a sports car engine came from outside the window.

Before he could look over, the system in his mind broadcasted the news even faster.

Xiao 1: [Detecting Protagonist Team character! The plot is in progress, please complete the mission seriously, Master!]

Protagonist Team character!

Shen Shuyu watched as the sports car swaggered into the academy. Not many people were allowed to drive inside, and since it was the Protagonist Team, it took only a simple guess to know who it was.

It was the Protagonist Gong whom the original host loved to death—Chi Yanxun.

Chapter 7

Shen Shuyu had assumed the plot would only start after the Protagonist Shou—the real Young Master of the Shen family—appeared. He didn’t expect it to begin so soon.

He snapped back to reality and looked at Shen Yisi. “I will definitely become the most amazing Mecha Master!”

He had done some research at home over the past few days. In this world, Mecha Master was a very popular profession, but not everyone could become one; it relied on talent and hard work.

Shen Shuyu was currently the fake young master. When the real young master returned later, he couldn’t just stay in the Shen family indefinitely. Besides, a person needed something to do. He didn’t want to spend all his time on the Protagonist Team.

More importantly, he had actually liked these things since he was a child. In his past life, he was too poor, but this time was different! Ready-made materials, resources, and financial power—he could use them all! And they were life-sized versions! Things that could move and jump!

It was simply a beautiful paradise!

Shen Yisi smiled gently. He reached out and rubbed his head again. “Alright, don’t I know the little schemes in your heart? Go on in.”

This counted as approval!

Shen Shuyu pushed the car door open. After getting out, he bent down and waved to Shen Yisi inside the car. “Bye-bye, Brother. See you on the weekend.”

From the moment the original host decided to attend this school, Shen Yisi had bought him a house next to the campus to make his stay more comfortable. So, except for weekends, the original host usually lived near the school.

Occasionally, when Shen Yisi wasn’t busy, he would come over to stay with him.

Shen Shuyu stepped aside. Although he really wanted to go see Chi Yanxun, he obediently waited for Shen Yisi to leave before turning around to survey the school where he would be spending a long time.

His gaze fell on the school name written in bold, flourishing calligraphy. He couldn’t tell what font it was, but the name seemed to be crafted from pure gold. The sunlight hitting it was so blinding one couldn’t look directly at it.

Shen Shuyu rubbed his eyes and muttered, “Filthy rich.” weren’t they afraid someone would pry it off in the middle of the night?

He walked into the academy with the crowd. After just a few steps, he noticed quite a few scrutinizing gazes landing on him. When he looked back sharply, those gazes immediately scattered. He caught a slow-reacting Omega who froze upon meeting his eyes, then walked away quickly, as if some flood or ferocious beast were chasing him.

Was the original host’s ‘reputation’ really that big?

Shen Shuyu marveled inwardly. Looks like I’ll have to keep a low profile from now on.

Relying on the original host’s memory, Shen Shuyu smoothly made his way to the Mecha Department.

The Mecha Department occupied the largest area in the academy. As soon as he walked into the main hall, he saw quite a few mechas in motion inside.

His eyes lit up slightly. I got my hands on real Legos!

Shen Shuyu marveled as he walked toward the location of his first class. Today’s first session seemed to be Mecha Theory. Shen Shuyu searched for a while before finding the classroom on the third floor of the building.

When he arrived, the classroom was already full of people.

Seeing him enter, almost everyone cast a glance his way. The looks were complicated; Shen Shuyu didn’t understand them, nor did he particularly want to. There were no assigned seats, so following the original host’s old habit, he walked to the very last row and sat down.

He took out his textbook. Just as he placed it down, a male Beta student leaned over. He greeted Shen Shuyu and asked, “Shuyu, why haven’t you come to class for so long?”

The male Beta greeting him was named Feng Xing. His father was an employee of the Shen Group, so his relationship with the original host was decent; he counted as one of the original host’s few friends.

No one knew about the original host being lured into heat. Before he fell into the pool, he had messaged Shen Yisi. Shen Yisi arrived just in time and, with the school’s cooperation, quietly took the original host home.

Shen Shuyu said, “I wasn’t feeling well, so I went home to rest for a few days.”

Omegas were generally delicate, falling ill at the slightest disturbance. Feng Xing’s mother was an Omega, so he understood. He said, “Then you should pay attention to your health. By the way, the Reserve Department guys are coming here later.”

The Reserve Department—that was the department where the Protagonist Gong and Shou belonged. This department specialized in supplying talent to the front lines. Several currently famous Generals had been selected from the Reserve Department.

It was the most special department in Xierteng Academy. The Reserve Department only recruited twelve people a year, and every single one of them was a top-tier Alpha.

If the Reserve Department was coming, it meant Chi Yanxun would be coming too.

Shen Shuyu had intended to look for him when he first entered, but he had been so late he hadn’t even seen the shadow of his car.

Feng Xing looked around, then lowered his voice. “I asked around just now. Their curriculum today is exactly the same as ours. Just find a chance to sit with Chi Yanxun.”

Shen Shuyu raised an eyebrow slightly. “Okay, got it.”

The original host could be described as a fanatical devotee of Chi Yanxun; there wasn’t a single person in the academy who didn’t know. He pursued Chi Yanxun passionately, but Chi Yanxun felt nothing but annoyance and disgust toward him. However, the original host seemed to be missing a screw in that regard and was completely oblivious to it.

While Shen Shuyu was zoning out, a familiar figure appeared at the classroom door.

Wen Jiafei had arrived.

Wen Jiafei was also a student in the Mecha Department. Because his grades were excellent, the academy had waived all his fees. If not for his disabled glands, he might have been selected for the Reserve Department.

He carried a bookbag over one shoulder. Although he was wearing the same uniform, his aura was cold and aloof. Wen Jiafei’s gaze swept across the classroom. When it met Shen Shuyu’s eyes, it paused for a moment, then calmly moved away. He walked to a seat by the window on the inner side and sat down, never glancing at Shen Shuyu again.

Shen Shuyu’s eyes, however, followed Wen Jiafei’s figure. After not seeing him for two days, his injuries seemed to have healed, and he looked quite spirited.

After returning from the hospital, Shen Shuyu had carefully recalled the content regarding Wen Jiafei in the novel Fatal Attraction. He had intended to find some bug in the book to exploit.

But after thinking it over, he couldn’t find a bug. Instead, he became even more afraid of Wen Jiafei’s perverted levels of cruelty in the later stages.

The key was, to complete the plot correction mission, he still had to bully Wen Jiafei.

Shen Shuyu was actually quite grateful to the original host now. The original host had already done plenty of wicked things in the early stages; he just needed to copy the pattern. If he had to start from scratch, he might not have the heart to do it.

“Just a defective Alpha. I really don’t understand why he can study the same things as us,” Feng Xing muttered.

Shen Shuyu snapped back to reality and subconsciously replied, “He is excellent.”

Feng Xing looked at him in confusion. “Usually, you can’t stand him the most. Why are you praising him today?”

Shen Shuyu realized what he had said. Just as he was about to say something, a commotion came from the classroom door.

The Reserve Department had arrived.

Shen Shuyu looked up, his eyes landing immediately on the person at the very front.

He was also wearing the uniform, but it was estimated to be a size too small. His muscles filled out the fabric slightly, and the forearms exposed by the cuffs were robust, with smooth muscle lines. A buzz cut revealed his entire face—sharp, three-dimensional features. A pair of fierce eyes was searching for the best seat, but anyone swept by his gaze felt uncomfortable, as if being targeted by a predator.

This was the oppressive pressure of a top-tier Alpha.
