I Have a Pocket Dimension to Raise Beastmen Husbands, and the Fierce Female Became a Group Favorite chapter 46

Chapter 46: Striking a Chord

Su Muyao had absolutely no resistance to such a beautiful and delightful little beast. Seeing his leg injured and bleeding, her heart softened uncontrollably. She started to walk toward him.

Xiao Jihan, though silently helping, had kept part of his attention on Su Muyao. His purpose for guarding her today was to ensure her safety. Seeing her approach a strange beast, he stepped forward to block her path. “Wife Master, be careful.”

He seemed afraid the beautiful, unfamiliar little beast might hurt Su Muyao. By standing in front of her, he could shield her from danger immediately if the beast suddenly attacked.

Su Muyao tugged lightly on Xiao Jihan’s sleeve. “It’s fine. I don’t think he’ll hurt anyone. He’s injured, I’ll just take a look.”

“Wife Master!” Xiao Jihan tried to persuade her again, but Su Muyao wouldn’t listen.

She had never seen such a fluffy, beautiful little beast. Most importantly, he was entirely snow-white without a single stray hair of another color, very clean, and incredibly beautiful. She couldn’t tell what kind of beast he was. He had two horns on his head that resembled antlers but weren’t quite deer antlers; they were as crystal clear and transparent as ice. His eyes emitted a pale blue light.

“It’s okay, I’m just going to take a look.” Su Muyao ignored Xiao Jihan and walked slowly toward the beast.

Seeing this, Xiao Jihan could only sigh helplessly. He felt there was nothing he could do with her.

Su Muyao walked over and squatted down in front of the little beast. “Don’t be afraid, I won’t hurt you. I’ll check your injury, okay?”

Su Muyao softened her tone as she spoke. She smiled gently at the little beast to appear harmless.

The beautiful little beast nodded.

Su Muyao revealed a look of pleasant surprise, her eyes shining brightly. “Ah, you can understand me! That’s wonderful.” So intelligent.

Su Muyao took some spiritual spring water from her dimension and used it to clean his injured leg. She had intended to apply some hemostatic medicine, but remembering that her wood-elemental ability had reached the first rank, she decided to test its effect.

She used her wood healing ability to treat him. Soon, the wound on his leg healed.

“There, your leg injury is healed. You’re fine now.”

Saying this, Su Muyao tentatively reached out to touch his fur, wondering if it would scare him. If he dodged, she would withdraw her hand.

Unexpectedly, the beautiful little beast didn’t dodge at all, allowing her hand to touch him.

Su Muyao sighed inwardly; the fur felt amazing. The snow-white fur was so beautiful. And the key point was that it didn’t shed.

She had raised a pet cat in the apocalypse. The cat was very well-behaved and would cling to her every time she came home. Whenever it heard footsteps, it would run to the door to wait for her. When she was busy, the cat would lie on a nearby chair to keep her company. The only downside was that the cat shed fur. She had to clean up the shed fur every time, and the sofa was covered in it.

But touching this little beast now, she found that not a single hair fell out. This delighted Su Muyao; not shedding was great!

Lost in thought while petting the little beast, she didn’t notice that his ears, hidden in the fur, had turned red. But he still obediently allowed Su Muyao to stroke him.

After a while, Su Muyao said reluctantly, “You’re fine now, you can go home!” A little beast in the forest shouldn’t be a stray; being so beautiful, he must have a family.

He didn’t move but instead shuffled closer to Su Muyao. Looking at her, his eyes were as exquisite as a painting, refined and mysterious. They emitted a faint blue light, like a clear, washed sky. He truly struck a chord in Su Muyao’s heart.

His eyes seemed to speak, so full of spirit.

Watching him, Su Muyao guessed, “Are you saying you have no family, no home to return to?”

He nodded at Su Muyao.

A look of pity and tenderness appeared on Su Muyao’s face. “My home is in the Bei Luo Tribe. Would you like to come home with me?”

“I’ll make food for you; I won’t let you go hungry.”

Since transmigrating to this world, she only had those few beastman husbands by her side. But they still guarded against her. She didn’t even have anyone to speak her true feelings to.

This little beast was so beautiful and cute; having him by her side would bring her some comfort!

The little beast nodded gently.

Seeing his reaction, Su Muyao’s eyes curved into a smile, and she said happily, “You agreed, right?”

The little beast nodded again.

Su Muyao’s lips curled up. “Can I hug you then?”

He nodded.

Only then did Su Muyao happily reach out and pick him up. She could smell a refreshing, snow-like scent on him, faint but very pleasant and captivating.

Su Muyao was stunned by the scent. She felt it was somewhat familiar but couldn’t recall where she had smelled it before.

Hugging him, Su Muyao gently nuzzled her face against his white fur. “This is wonderful. You’ll be with me from now on, and I’ll treat you well.”

At this moment, Su Muyao was truly happy. When she smiled, her eyelashes fluttered like butterfly wings, and her clear, clean eyes were tender and spirited. Like a flower blooming in spring, fragrant and sunny, so pure that her smile was infectious, bringing a good mood to those who saw it.

However, the little beast in her arms had turned red at the ears, and his beautiful eyes seemed tinged with crimson.

Watching the smile and expression on Su Muyao’s face, Xiao Jihan seemed dazed, as if a spring breeze had brushed across the lake of his heart, causing ripples. A hint of obscure shadow appeared in his cool brows.

He understood that this was Su Muyao’s true smile. So this was what she looked like when she was truly happy.

“Does Wife Master want to take him home?”

Su Muyao nodded. “Yes, he’ll stay with me from now on.”

“What kind of beast do you think he is?” She had never seen such a beast. She couldn’t find any useful information in her memories either.

Xiao Jihan, who had read extensively since childhood, had never seen such a beast either. “I don’t know either.”

Xiao Jihan actually wanted to advise her against it. This beast clearly wasn’t ordinary; the aura on his body and his snow-white fur signified he wasn’t common. And his sudden appearance while injured was very suspicious. But seeing Su Muyao so happy, he didn’t have the heart to say anything to dampen her spirits.

Su Muyao acted nonchalant, as if it didn’t matter. “If we don’t know, we don’t know. Let’s give him a name first.”

Su Muyao thought for a moment and said, “He’s snow-white all over, so let’s call him Little Snow (Xiao Xue)!”

Hearing this name, the little beast in her arms seemed to have a ripple of light blue light in his eyes. Like moonlight shimmering, gathering the spiritual beauty of heaven and earth.

While they were talking, something suddenly leaped down from a tree, heading straight for Little Snow in Su Muyao’s arms. In the moment of danger, Su Muyao’s expression changed, and she instinctively hugged Little Snow tighter to protect him.
