Chapter 56: Seduction and Temptation
Having just saved Hua Linye, Su Muyao was feeling completely drained and weak.
All she wanted was to lie down and rest properly.

Su Muyao tried to pull her hand back, but Hua Linye held it tight.
Of course, he didn’t hurt her; he just held her hand firmly, preventing her from withdrawing it.
Then, Hua Linye guided her hand to rest on his chest.
Su Muyao could clearly feel the texture beneath her palm, and her hand trembled fiercely.
She had never experienced anything like this. What… what should she do?
This was seduction!
Su Muyao’s mind went blank, forgetting how to react for a moment.
Her palm suddenly felt hot, and her body trembled slightly.
Hua Linye’s voice became even huskier, “Wife Master, do you like it?”
“Wife Master saved my life; everything I have is yours. I will protect you with my life.”
Saying this, he tried to guide Su Muyao’s fingers lower.
Su Muyao abandoned covering her eyes and quickly used her other hand to stop Hua Linye as well.

She remembered they wanted freedom.
Hearing this, Hua Linye’s expression darkened instantly, “But Wife Master saved me; my life belongs to you, how can I leave?”
Su Muyao comforted him, “I know you are responsible, but just protect me during this time. Consider it my compensation for the harm I caused you before. That way, when you leave, we won’t owe each other anything.”
Su Muyao looked at him encouragingly, hoping he would understand her words.
Hua Linye pondered for a while, then suddenly hooked his foxy eyes, revealing a bewitching and enchanting glint. He looked at Su Muyao and said, “Wife Master isn’t willing now, it doesn’t matter. I will wait for the day Wife Master is willing again.”
Su Muyao opened her mouth. Why was this his response?
Did she say all that for nothing?
