Chapter 050: Tangtang Cried
During the short few minutes driving back, Su Tang sat in the passenger seat, clutching the seatbelt across his chest, very seriously and solemnly recounting his illegal driving behavior to Ye Xiansheng.
Ye Chiyu parked the car steadily in the garage. While Su Tang was talking about his mental journey of writing the self-reflection, his Alpha suddenly unbuckled his own seatbelt, cupped his face, and kissed him for several minutes.

Su Tang, with his clothes half off, followed blankly behind his Alpha. He stared blankly as Ye Xiansheng injected that tube of pale green suppressant into his body, unable to react for a long time.

Although the Madam said to just leave them at the door, Qi Yuan still helped Su Tang put all the scattered items away before dusting off his hands.
It had been several minutes since he entered, and he still hadn’t seen his President. Generally speaking, his President should be wishing he could stick to the Madam’s side every day.
Confused, Qi Yuan asked Su Tang, “Madam, will the President go back to the company for work this afternoon?”
Su Tang’s expression changed slightly. He smiled faintly at Qi Yuan and said, “He’s busy upstairs right now. You go back first; I’ll ask him for you in a while.”
“Okay, thank you, Madam.” Qi Yuan nodded.
Su Tang shook his head and said, “It’s what I should do. You worked hard today, running back and forth and helping me carry so many things up. Go back and rest early.”
Qi Yuan responded and left with the President’s car keys. As soon as the door closed, the smile on Su Tang’s face became hard to maintain. He stared at the tightly closed door in a daze for a while.
“Tangtang, what are you thinking about?”
The Alpha’s voice came from behind. Su Tang turned around and saw his Ye Xiansheng, who had returned to normal. He shook his head and smiled. “Nothing, just spacing out.”
Ye Chiyu didn’t suspect anything. It happened to be lunch time, so Su Tang pulled him into the kitchen, and together they whipped up a lunch.
Of course, he washed the vegetables; Su Tang was the head chef.
“By the way, just now Qi Yuan asked if you’re going to the company this afternoon. Ye Xiansheng, are you still going?” Su Tang lowered his head and shoveled a mouthful of rice, asking.
Even with suppressants, an Alpha’s body wouldn’t be too comfortable during a Rut without releasing with their Omega. Su Tang actually didn’t really hope Ye Xiansheng would go to the company this afternoon.
“Going,” Ye Chiyu placed a piece of braised pork rib into Su Tang’s bowl and replied. “There is some work I have to deal with personally; Qi Yuan and the others can’t do it.”
“Oh…”
Su Tang nodded. Without saying much more, he began to gnaw on the rib seriously.
Only when the gnawed bones in front of him almost piled out of the bone dish did Su Tang stop. Holding his bulging little tummy, he went to the sofa to lie down, unwilling to move again. The task of clearing the table and washing dishes was entirely handed over to Ye Chiyu.
“Ye Xiansheng, after you finish this afternoon, come back early. I’ll wait for you to eat together.”
Su Tang lay paralyzed on the sofa being lazy, watching his Alpha roll up his shirt sleeves to his forearms, head lowered, washing dishes seriously. Such an ordinary task was made pleasing to the eye by the Alpha.
Jiang Cha had arranged work for him starting tomorrow. Supposedly, it was to attend a small event held by a portal website; clothes, accessories, stylists, and makeup artists had all been prepared for him.
Also supposedly, Jiang Cha had recruited a little assistant for him, asking him to go to the company tomorrow to meet her personally, and then bring her along to the event.
Su Tang had no objections. It was almost New Year; having some work to earn money to spend the New Year well was good. Then he could use this money to buy New Year gifts for Ye Xiansheng and the others.

Ye Chiyu agreed. Because of the injected suppressant, his body was physically exhausted from the Rut, so he went directly upstairs, held his little Omega in his arms, and took a nap together.
Su Tang nestled obediently in the Alpha’s arms without moving. The sound of Ye Xiansheng‘s even breathing came to his ears, but he suddenly opened his eyes, staring at the Alpha’s slightly tired sleeping face for a long, long time.
After resting for over an hour, when Ye Chiyu got up, Su Tang, who usually stayed in bed, actually got up with him, shuffling in his slippers, following behind him like a little tail.
“Ye Xiansheng, come back early.”
The Omega stood on tiptoes and kissed his Ye Xiansheng.
Ye Chiyu held Su Tang, sniffing the scent of bitter tea pheromones on him. He gave a hum of agreement, kissed Su Tang for a good while longer, and then went out.
When Ye Chiyu returned to the company to work, he felt constantly restless. He didn’t know if it was the effect of the Rut on his body or Su Tang’s repeated exhortations for him to come home early. Halfway through the documents, he threw the rest to Qi Yuan.
“Take someone to check these carefully. If there’s nothing wrong, wait for me to come to the company tomorrow to sign.”
After giving instructions, Ye Chiyu left the company without looking back, speeding all the way home.
Upon entering, he didn’t see the little guy’s figure on the familiar sofa. Ye Chiyu frowned and called out “Tangtang,” but no one answered him.
He searched the first floor and found no trace of Su Tang, so he went upstairs.
Nobody in the bedroom, nobody in the guest room, nobody in the study either.
Ye Chiyu kept calling Su Tang’s name, searching one room after another, but saw no one.
The little guy hadn’t told him he would go out this afternoon. The uneasiness in Ye Chiyu’s heart gradually crept up. He took out his phone and started calling Su Tang.
“Oh hey, don’t know who you’re looking for~ Time doesn’t stop, only waiting~”
Peppa Pig’s waiting song ringtone seemed to ring for a few seconds before stopping. Ye Chiyu followed the direction of the sound back to the master bedroom and suddenly heard a slight noise coming from the walk-in closet.
“Tangtang, are you in here?”
Ye Chiyu suddenly heard an extremely suppressed, tiny cry. Then, inside the cabinet where suit jackets hung, he found Su Tang covering his mouth, crying terribly. upon seeing him, Su Tang shrank further inside.
How could Ye Chiyu bear to see Su Tang’s tears? His heart was about to be smashed by the little guy’s tears. “Tangtang, why are you crying? Who bullied you?”
Su Tang was carefully scooped out of the closet by the Alpha. He had been crying for too long, feeling embarrassed yet not daring to cry too loudly, like a pitiful kitten that could stop breathing at any moment.
“Boohoo, you, you don’t… I…”
Su Tang cried in hiccups, unable to even complete a sentence. He looked tragically pitiful.
