Chapter 94. Finally Put In
“Hold… it?”
Su Tang was stunned, failing to realize what An Se was referring to until she followed his gaze toward Zhan Ye’s lower abdomen. Her face instantly turned completely red.
“An Se, what are you saying? Are you crazy?”
Su Tang’s voice changed pitch in her panic, and she even took a large step to the right to put distance between herself and Zhan Ye.
“He’s unconscious! How could I possibly…”
“He’s about to turn himself into a steel plate.”
An Se leaned against the equipment, picking up a pen and twirling it nimbly between his fingers, the interest in his eyes impossible to hide.
“That old-fashioned kissing trick of yours is like tickling to him right now. It’s useless.”
Su Tang ignored him; the “watching a show” expression on his face made her want to deny him his satisfaction.
Her palm pressed back onto Zhan Ye’s chest. Beneath the warm skin, the heartbeat was becoming increasingly weak and muffled. She tentatively sent out a spiritual thread. Though it wasn’t instantly repelled like the first time, it was still strictly forbidden from entering.
Su Tang tried a larger output of energy. The barrier wavered, and just as she was about to push further, she saw Zhan Ye’s brow furrow even tighter. A suppressed groan escaped his throat, and she quickly withdrew her spiritual power.
“He’s resisting everyone,” Su Tang said, her fingertips trembling slightly. “I just tried to force my way in, but his physical condition is too terrible. He can’t take it.”
“That’s why you need to find a way to make him relax first.”
An Se stood up straight and walked behind Su Tang.
His gaze slowly swept over Zhan Ye’s tense body, finally settling on his lower abdomen. A wicked smile played on his lips as he leaned down, whispering into Su Tang’s ear.
“A Sentinel’s spiritual barrier and physiological state are linked. If you make him feel good, that barrier will naturally stop restricting you. He’ll loosen up for you.”
“An Se! Can you be serious for once?!”
Su Tang crooked her elbow and jabbed backward.
“I am being very serious, Miss Guide.”
An Se spread his hands. His side was struck by the woman—not too hard, not too soft—and instead of pain, it felt a bit flirtatious. The man slowly stood straight, his tone teasing.
“Think about it. Last time you purified him, when you two were so tender and lingering, didn’t he want to tear his heart out just to show you? Now, it’s just the same logic in reverse. If you let his physiology relax, his spirit will naturally loosen its guard against you.”
“It’s the most primitive method, and the most effective.”
As he spoke, he intentionally tapped the end of his pen against Zhan Ye’s combat trousers.
“Right here. Give it a try? I guarantee it’ll work better than kissing his whole body.”
The tips of Su Tang’s ears were so red they looked ready to drip blood. Her hands gripped the hem of her shirt tightly, her fingertips shaking.
She had never done anything like this. Leave aside touching it; she hadn’t even seen a man’s private parts before.
But looking at Zhan Ye’s pained, furrowed brow and remembering how he had protected her before he was injured, her hesitation was gradually eroded.
Save him…
Yes, saving him was the priority. She just wanted Zhan Ye to wake up safely.
Su Tang took a deep breath as if making a monumental decision. She slowly leaned down, her fair hand trembling as it approached Zhan Ye.
The light in the dark room fell upon her fluttering eyelashes, casting delicate shadows.
Her fingertips lightly touched Zhan Ye’s belt. The coldness of the metal buckle made her flinch, but she bit her lip and slowly undid the restraint.
An Se watched with great interest, even dimming the lights, leaving only a warm yellow wall lamp shining on the treatment table, making the atmosphere even more ambiguous.
“Don’t rush. Take it slow. Don’t start off so rough. My little Guide, Sentinels aren’t hard and coarse all over. They aren’t as immune to rough handling as you might think…”
He acted like an instructor, guiding Su Tang’s movements step by step. He took a step back, leaning against the nearby equipment. Within his spiritual sea, a restless little fox broke through the barrier and ran out. As soon as it emerged, it made a beeline for Su Tang’s legs, but An Se heartlessly stuck out a leg and kicked the little fox aside.
Su Tang didn’t notice this small interlude; her entire focus was on the sensation at her fingertips.
Her hand reached into Zhan Ye’s trousers, and through a thin layer of fabric, she touched a warm contour.
Even in a coma, a Sentinel’s instincts caused that area to throb slightly. Zhan Ye’s body jerked, and a low, hoarse groan escaped his throat.
Su Tang’s fingers twitched, and she immediately stopped her movements.
“Don’t stop, little Guide. You’re doing great.”
“His spiritual barrier is already showing significant fluctuations. Keep going, little Guide. Trust me, you’ll do fine…”
An Se’s voice urged Su Tang to continue. Her face was flushed, and she couldn’t help but lick her dry lips.
“Relax, Zhan Ye. Just relax…”
Su Tang’s voice was as soft as a sigh. Her fingertips cautiously rubbed, feeling the change from stillness to awakening. her cheeks were incredibly hot. Several times she wanted to stop, but the man standing behind her used the monitoring data to persuade her back. However, the feeling of kneading him in her palm was truly uncomfortable. Su Tang wanted to end it quickly, so she bit her lip and accelerated her movements.
Watching the fluctuation values on the monitor grow larger and larger, An Se’s gaze darkened.
“Mm… Alright, little Guide. Are you trying to rub a layer of skin off? That’s enough. You can take your hand out now.”
“There’s no need to keep rewarding this rabid dog.”
An Se’s voice was laced with a raspy tone, sounding somewhat seductive in the closed, quiet space. Su Tang withdrew her hand, hardly daring to look at the flush on her own palm.
The sound of the man’s low laughter came from behind her. Su Tang couldn’t help but glare at him.
“Alright, now go and try to completely tame this rabid dog. Make him yours…”
To drive out all the pollution in Zhan Ye’s body, a Deep Purification was necessary. In other words, that complete Mark that this rabid dog had once desperately craved was actually going to be granted to him by a twist of fate.
Tsk, what a lucky life.
An Se glanced at Zhan Ye lying on the diagnostic table and walked to the furthest corner, kicking his still-irritable little fox all the way there.
Su Tang took a deep breath to calm her emotions. Then, with the hands that had just been working diligently, she gently covered Zhan Ye’s chest. Her spiritual threads leaked out. This time, there was no resistance like the previous two times. The moment Zhan Ye’s spiritual barrier touched her threads, it immediately opened, granting her passage…
