Chapter 99. Full Body Massage
An Se couldn’t help but laugh as well. Most of the people in Zhan Ye’s team had lively and free personalities.
“This is for the best. Doesn’t it mean we don’t have to worry about today’s events spreading?”
Su Tang shrugged. That was true.
“I’ll take over from here. You’ve just recovered, and you’ve exerted quite a bit just now. Mm… do I need to notify Mo Xiao to wait for you in your room?”
“Wait in my room for what?”
Su Tang looked at An Se with confusion, only to see a wicked smile on the man’s face as he raised an eyebrow at her.
“To let him go and prepare early, so it’s convenient for you to perform some ‘Plucking and Supplementing’ in a timely manner.”
“Get lost!”
She must have been out of her mind to expect a normal explanation from An Se.
Su Tang rolled her eyes at him and turned to leave. Hearing the man’s laughter behind her, her pace quickened.
It wasn’t until Su Tang’s footsteps completely vanished in the corridor that the smile on An Se’s face faded. He turned around, his cold gaze sweeping over the man on the table who had become still at some point. He spoke in a flat tone.
“Since you’ve been awake for a while, stop pretending. She’s already gone.”
As soon as he finished, the man who had been lying on the bed with his eyes closed slowly sat up. He first twisted his neck quite unnaturally, then pulled up his legs to cover his awkward area. An Se couldn’t help but let out a sneer at his actions.
“Oh, so now you know how to be shy in front of me? Why didn’t you think about me being here when you were loudly seducing her just now?”
Zhan Ye had actually regained consciousness while Su Tang was slowly squeezing the barrier through the channel. Although the meridians there were resilient, they were also the most sensitive part of a Sentinel’s body.
How could he not wake up when his Guide’s gentle spiritual power had permeated that area?
This fellow had just played dumb, lying on the bed and making those unseemly sounds, tricking her into lunging around his channel out of ignorance just to give himself a lot of pleasure. Tsk, shameless.
“I think you should be able to understand why I did that.”
It wasn’t just for his own benefit. Su Tang was thin-skinned; if she knew he was awake while she was doing that, she probably wouldn’t have continued. Only by pretending could he let her finish.
“Speaking so grandly, I don’t believe for a second you didn’t have a personal motive.”
An Se snorted coldly. After the scent had mostly dissipated, he walked to the control panel and sent the red mist in the box for testing.
“Hey, lend me a set of combat gear. You can’t expect me to go back in these wet clothes.”
“If you had the guts to get them wet, don’t you have the guts to wear them out?”
An Se had no intention of helping Zhan Ye.
“Are you joking with me?”
“I don’t have extra clothes here. Isn’t your Vice Captain right outside? Just send him a message and have him bring a set. He already knows anyway. I have things to do, so I’m leaving. Do as you please.”
“Oh, right. I’m a bit of a clean freak. Please clean up the mess you made before you leave. Otherwise, I can’t guarantee I won’t have a loose tongue when I see the beautiful and kind Guide Su.”
Watching An Se’s retreating back, Zhan Ye smirked. A lonely, unloved old man—he wouldn’t hold it against him. After all, the two of them weren’t on the same level.
Cleaning up the room? He’d do it.
After all, in a certain sense, this place was now the love nest of him and his Guide.
Su Tang walked out of the Medical Department, slowly heading toward her dormitory. This was the first time she was returning to her room since being brought back. Though she’d only been away for a few days, she felt a sense of returning home.
Her steps grew lighter. Just as she reached the dormitory building, a black shadow emerged from nearby and lunged straight for her feet.
Su Tang jumped back in fright, retreating several steps. The black shadow leaped up, retracting its claws just as it pounced onto her.
Su Tang instinctively moved to push it away. Because there were no claws to hook into her clothes, the black shadow was pushed right to the ground.
“Meow~”
The little fellow let out a wronged cry from the floor.
Only then did Su Tang realize the shadow’s identity. It was Xiao Yu. She’d thought it was a giant rat or something, which had given her quite a shock.
Su Tang patted her chest to calm her racing heart. With a smile, she looked down at the little fellow who seemed to be sulking with its back to her.
“So it’s Xiao Yu. Good baby, did you miss me?”
Su Tang bent down and picked up the sulking little guy, tucking it into her arms.
“So good, so good. Sorry, I shouldn’t have pushed you. You jumped out so suddenly, I thought you were some dirty thing. I didn’t realize it was our cute Xiao Yu.”
“I didn’t hurt you just now, did I? Let me see…”
Su Tang’s palms gently stroked every part of Xiao Yu, especially kneading its legs. Seeing that Xiao Yu didn’t look pained, she breathed a sigh of relief.
“Good baby, I haven’t seen you in so long. I missed you so much. Did you miss me?”
In the Abyss, Xiao Yu had looked after her, and its true form was such a cute existence. Su Tang missed it dearly. Every time she had closed her eyes to repair her barrier, she couldn’t help but think how nice it would be to have something furry in her arms to pet.
Now that the fluff was back, Su Tang began the massage techniques she had practiced many times in her mind, giving the soft little guy a full-body “massage.”
She kneaded the little guy until it was completely paralyzed in her arms, soft as a puddle of water. Only then did Su Tang withdraw her hands with a satisfied smile.
“I heard from Director An Se that your master got into a conflict with the flight crew to bring us back. Why are you here alone? Where is he?”
The black cat suddenly meowed toward the direction behind her. Su Tang turned around to see a man with a bright red face staring at her.
