Streaming Earth Cuisine In The Interstellar to Raise Star Cubs chapter 36.5

Part 5

Ning Yunyi prepared the ingredients needed for the livestream later.

On the other side, Hao Yan sent Joe back first, then piloted the spaceship home as fast as possible. When he arrived at the gate, the butler saw the young master’s spaceship and let him pass immediately.

Hao Yan flew the spaceship in the manor. When he arrived at his independent small villa, he rushed down holding the food box and charged into the hall.

Ahhh braised pork, here I come!

Halfway through the charge, seeing the middle-aged man sitting in the hall glaring angrily, he was so scared his hair almost stood on end. “Holy crap!”

He jumped high with a shudder, yet hugged the food box in his arms tightly.

The head of the Hao family was even angrier seeing his good-for-nothing appearance. “Look at what you’ve become. You still know to come back?”

Hao Yan drooped his head, standing there honestly. “I was wrong.” No matter what, admitting mistakes first was definitely right.

The head of the Hao family pointed at his forehead in the air angrily. “You’re promising now, huh? I gave you the project to practice. At least learn from your brother. But you, you used the project to bet! You prodigal son, you’ve angered me to death. Your reputation has spread in the circle. Didn’t you say you were going to F District to find Joe? How come I heard you went to some underground city to watch some special auction?”

Hao Yan raised his hand. “I’m wrongly accused! I really went to do serious business! Besides, I just went to look, I didn’t lose…”

“You still dare to talk back? You are not allowed to go to F District in the future!” The head of the Hao family laid down the law. He must guide this brat to the right path. He absolutely couldn’t let him go to F District again.

Hao Yan felt the sky was falling. “N-No going to F District? No way! I want to go!” His barbecue skewers and braised pork were there. Not going was more painful than killing him!

The head of the Hao family sneered. “It seems you still won’t repent until death. Since that’s the case, don’t leave the house for this month either!”

Hao Yan’s expression was tangled, his face twisting due to hesitation between choices. Finally, when the head of the Hao family was almost at the door, he gritted his teeth and suddenly shouted, “You forced me!”

The head of the Hao family was even angrier. Just as he was about to roar, his nose suddenly twitched. A very rich meat aroma permeated the air, something he had never smelled before. He was sure it was meat aroma because he craved meat. Helplessly, exotic beast meat wasn’t delicious, so he had people research various ways to make it barely palatable.

But this smell… was thousands of times better.

He turned his head abruptly and sure enough saw Hao Yan holding his head high, grinning at the head of the Hao family, one hand holding the lid of the food box he brought back, the other hand tightly protecting the other half.

The head of the Hao family’s eyes moved swish to the plate in the box, where a square piece of meat lay.

It was meat, but completely different from the exotic beast meat he had seen. The color was red and bright, dyed with some unknown color, exceptionally appetizing.

Because of the special material of the food box, it was still steaming at this moment. That rich meat aroma emanated from this piece of meat.

The head of the Hao family stared straight at it, actually getting hungry. He swallowed his saliva subconsciously. “This… what is this?”

Hao Yan covered it again with a swish. “Oh my, didn’t you forbid me from going to F District? There won’t be any in the future. Why do you still ask?”

The head of the Hao family moved his gaze away with difficulty. “You went to F District for this?”

Hao Yan: “Otherwise? Fragrant, right? Want to eat?”

The head of the Hao family coughed lightly, barely maintaining the dignity of an elder. “It’s… it’s okay.”

Hao Yan smiled slyly. “But your expression doesn’t say that…” But the next moment, just as he relaxed, his vision blurred, and the food box in his hand changed owners. He instantly shouted “Holy crap!” “Ahhh you cheated!”

The head of the Hao family had already reopened the food box. “This is called all is fair in war. Who told you to be the only one in the family without spiritual power?”

When close, it smelled even more delicious. He saw the fork next to the plate, subconsciously picked it up and stabbed a piece. The next moment he saw Young Master Hao rushing over like crazy. “Ahhh this is four portions! Four portions! Why did you eat a whole piece!”

The head of the Hao family took a quick bite. As the soft, glutinous, salty, and indescribably wonderful taste spread in his mouth, he instantly disregarded the father-son relationship and finished it in a few bites.

But just one piece wasn’t satisfying at all.

Licking his lips, the head of the Hao family looked at his son with a benevolent face. “Good son, is there more? You cherish it so much, you must have eaten it already. Isn’t this for honoring your father?”

Hao Yan hugged the food box. “I only ate one portion! A quarter!”

Result, the old man ate it all!

While the Hao family father and son were in chaos, Joe wasn’t much better, but clearly, Father Joe was more of a man of action, rushing directly to the Underground City.

Joe jumped in anger. “Where are you going?”

Father Joe waved his hand hei hei. “Going to South City to stop doing business with them. From now on, I’ll hang out with West City. Hei hei, won’t lack meat soup to drink.”

Joe exclaimed “Holy crap”: Old Joe is indeed cunning!

When Ning Yunyi was preparing to livestream, deep underground in a very remote ruin in F District’s South City, there were dark, damp, dim caves everywhere invisible to the eye.

Outside were ruins, but in such a place thought to be uninhabited, a winding underground cave with eighteen turns was dug out.

It was twisting everywhere; one careless step would lead to a dead end.

Inside one of the underground caves, a small cave was divided into two, the entrance separated from the inside by a layer of moisture-proof and waterproof special material.

After an unknown amount of time, a very timid palm-sized baby rabbit poked its long ears to listen to the movement everywhere. Confirming no one was following, it hopped and turned into this place.

Avoiding the trap at the entrance, stepping on the edge of the door, it pushed open the door and closed it carefully.

Only then did it go to the corner to transform back into human form. A five or six-year-old boy, with silver hair and red eyes exactly like Elias, but thinner and smaller.

Putting on worn-out clothes and wiping his red eyes, his brother still hadn’t come back.

It had been the seventh day.

He drooped his small head, gently lifted the partition, and quietly entered the inner room.

It was darker here, with only weak light coming through small holes. On the ground covered with bionic grass, a thin, pale young man lay silently, unknown how long he had been unconscious.

The child moved to his side, trying hard not to cry, took out a tube of nutrient solution from his bosom, and fed it to the person lying down.

Only when the other party swallowed slowly did he blink away the tears on his eyelashes and breathe a sigh of relief.
