Streaming Earth Cuisine In The Interstellar to Raise Star Cubs chapter 63.4

Part 4

Ning Yunyi: “He doesn’t. Isn’t your purpose here to eat? There are no outsiders here; just leave after you eat.”

Eustace instantly stopped caring about anything else.

Once inside, he saw the little guy wearing a mask. After greeting him, he laid out all the gifts in front of Ning Xiaomiao. “These are all for you. Big Brother is going to eat first; you unwrap them. If you don’t like them, Big Brother will send you something else personally later.”

Ning Yunyi’s lips twitched: He calls him ‘Big Brother’ and calls me ‘Father.’ Buddy, you’re messing up the generations.

But Eustace had already rushed over.

It was just over two hours past mealtime. Ning Yunyi and the cub had already eaten, so what was in the insulated food box now was only Eustace’s meal.

Three dishes: Braised Pork, Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs, and Big Plate Chicken.

Plus a bowl of noodles.

For the next half hour or so, Ning Yunyi and the cub didn’t even unwrap the gifts. They sat opposite Eustace, watching him perform a “mukbang.”

Eustace had long since discovered the streamer “Sect’s First Blade.” Outside, he acted like he was at odds with the world, but in reality, he was starving behind closed doors.

He had even secretly given quite a few tips and was in the top ten of the tipping board for “Sect’s First Blade.”

He had grabbed the taste data before, but not often—only twice.

It was stunningly good.

Eustace thought that smelling the scent was already a luxury, but who knew he would actually get to eat it?

And three dishes at once!

With one bite, Eustace forgot everything else. He buried his head and ate heartily, exerting the fastest hand speed of his life.

Ning Xiaomiao swallowed his saliva. He seemed to see the chopsticks on the opposite side being moved by the uncle so fast they left afterimages.

He rubbed his small belly. He hadn’t been hungry, but seeing the person opposite eating so heartily made him a bit hungry.

Ning Yunyi was also startled by Eustace. He simply couldn’t associate the refined-looking Young Head who appeared before him a moment ago with the person currently devouring food.

But he had to admit, he could really eat.

He used the excuse of going to the kitchen to take out two bags of milk-flavored cookies and handed them to the little guy.

The big one and the little one just stared at Eustace’s live mukbang while finishing a bag of cookies.

When Zong Hao used an Invisibility Talisman to turn back into a big cat and avoid the surveillance outside to return, he saw this scene: “??”

Zong Hao looked at the devouring Eustace, smelled the aroma of food in the air, then stared blankly at the father and son sitting opposite. He was stunned.

He had only been away for two days, and his home had been stolen.

No, he was kicked out by Ning Yunyi that day, wasn’t he?

Was it because a replacement had been found and he wasn’t needed anymore that he was being ignored? Sure enough, love does fade, doesn’t it?

Before, when he was just a simple exotic beast, Ning Yunyi would kiss him, hug him, and lift him high. Even when drunk, he would pull him into a hug.

What about now? Not only was he kicked out, but his messages weren’t replied to, and Ning Yunyi even brought someone else back to eat the food he used to have, sitting in his spot.

Had he just… been replaced?

Zong Hao only felt that the scene before him made his head buzz, unable to think.

Perhaps Zong Hao’s gaze was too intense, as Ning Yunyi inadvertently turned his head and caught a pair of beastly eyes looking over gloomily.

He was staring at the small cookie in Ning Yunyi’s hand. Watching him, Ning Yunyi subconsciously tossed it into his mouth. The next moment, realizing something, he sat up straight and gave a low cough, nearly choking.

Ning Yunyi looked at him in confusion: Why are you back?

The big cat’s beastly eyes showed even more hurt. His gaze wandered between Ning Yunyi and Eustace, and finally, he suddenly turned around and lay down under the eaves of the house.

He wanted to leave directly, but then he wanted to ask for a reason.

If he was really disliked because he ate too much before, he could change.

He could become a little smaller, even smaller, and pretend to only eat one bowl—would that work?

Ning Yunyi felt incredibly guilty. He subconsciously wanted to get up and chase him, but just as he sat up, he saw that the big cat hadn’t left but was lying down with his back to them.

Ning Yunyi looked at that lonely and pitiful silhouette. Could it be… that he had truly gone too far?

But thinking about the possibility that one day, if the big cat knew Xiaomiao’s identity, he would fight him for the cub, Ning Yunyi could only harden his heart.

Eustace had eaten and drunk his fill, and his mood was incredibly good. He felt that this kind of life was truly heavenly.

Eustace put down his chopsticks and made a bold declaration while patting his stomach: “I’ve decided. A fake marriage is too easy to be discovered. Let’s get married for real.”

Mr. Bai was a subordinate of “Sect’s First Blade,” which meant he could eat the first-hand delicacies of “Sect’s First Blade” at any time.

If he became Mrs. Bai, it would be equivalent to being family.

Then he could also eat first-hand delicacies at any time.

Thus, after eating and drinking his fill at this moment, he made a bold decision—he decided to sell himself to Mr. Bai.

He had found his goal in life: to follow Mr. Bai and eat all the delicacies made by “Sect’s First Blade.”

Thinking about it this way, the suffering he had endured all those years was actually nothing.

Ning Yunyi was pouring out the last cookie, and upon hearing this, he couldn’t help but squeeze the bag tightly.

There was a sharp crackle that was exceptionally clear.

Eustace looked up, his eyes brightening. “If I become Mrs. Bai in the future, can I have some cookies?”

He sniffed; they were exceptionally fragrant.

The more he thought about it, the more he felt that this identity was wonderful.

But Ning Yunyi didn’t think it was wonderful. He grabbed this person who was pushing his luck and threw him out of the Ning house.

Eustace smacked his lips. What happened to him? He had already married himself into the Bai family; wasn’t that enough?

When Ning Yunyi returned after sending Eustace off, he saw that Ning Xiaomiao was hugging the big cat with bright eyes and sharing his unfinished cookies.

Ning Yunyi: I forgot about this guy.

Ning Yunyi walked up to the big cat, who was opening his mouth and waiting for the cub to feed him. “Why are you back? Didn’t I say to just have Ichi notify me if there’s anything?”

Zong Hao wagged his tail and gave a sigh as he looked at Ning Xiaomiao, looking as if he were about to complain: Your father wants to separate us. I can’t even come home now; how tragic.

Ning Xiaomiao hesitated, hugging the big cat’s head. Ultimately, a child’s playful nature took over. “Father, can we keep Mao-Mao until tonight? We haven’t played with the silk ball together yet.”

Ning Yunyi met two pairs of pitiful eyes. How come he hadn’t noticed before that they were almost identical?

Especially the big cat himself hadn’t noticed; although he was currently trying his best to suppress his mental power to become a grey-and-white big cat, his pupils were still shimmering with a dark green luster in the sunlight.

Ning Yunyi couldn’t bear to let the little guy down, so he could only agree.

As it turned out, Zong Hao stayed until evening and hadn’t left, even managing to get a meal in.

Ning Yunyi waited until the little guy, who had played with the big cat all afternoon, fell asleep from exhaustion before walking downstairs.

At this moment, the living room was quiet, with only Ning Yunyi and the big cat lying there.

Ning Yunyi didn’t speak, and Zong Hao didn’t open his mouth either.

The man and the cat stared at each other until Zong Hao finally gave in. He took out his bracelet, brought up a window, and began typing with his paw.

Ning Yunyi looked at those furry paws and tried his best to make out each word. He stared intently at the furriness, unable to look away.

Zong Hao was completely unaware and turned his head after finishing to point his paw for Ning Yunyi to look.

Ning Yunyi had already withdrawn his gaze by the time he looked over.
