Chapter 24: Pheromones Awaken True Nature
Seeing Gu Yunsheng look up towards the surface, Sailuo felt puzzled.
He didn’t know what special relationship existed between Gu Yunsheng and the Merman King Ling Xi, nor why Gu Yunsheng asked anxiously about the King’s safety as soon as he woke up.

“What are you saying… Mmh…” Gu Yunsheng wanted to say something more, but his lips were blocked by Ling Xi’s sudden kiss.
It was a domineering and strong kiss, carrying an undeniable possessiveness, as if to swallow him whole.
Ling Xi pried open his teeth and drove straight in, greedily absorbing the breath belonging to him, as if making up for all the lost time.
Gu Yunsheng felt numbness all over his body, his consciousness blurring. His body’s instinct made him involuntarily begin to respond to Ling Xi’s passion… The temperature at the bottom of the sea seemed to get hotter and hotter, and an ambiguous atmosphere spread between the two.
Just then, Ling Xi suddenly stopped. He raised his head, looking at the flushed Gu Yunsheng with blurred eyes. His voice was hoarse, as if suppressing some strong emotion, and he growled low: “You finally… came back to me…”
