The Cannon Fodder Lets Loose and Steals the Protagonist Shou Chapter 26.1

Chapter 26: Boyfriend — “Keep it down, don’t moan so wantonly.” part 1

A chill pressed against Lu Xunye’s lips, causing his face to pale slightly and his breath to hitch. The force of his grip on Shen Yunqian’s arm uncontrollably turned rough.

He pushed against the person in his arms.

In an instant, Shen Yunqian’s back slammed hard against the rough wall plastered with quartz sand.

The impact to the back of his head caused a moment of dizziness, yet he didn’t loosen the hand pressing against the back of Lu Xunye’s neck.

At the same time, a cold notification sound rang out.

【Love Points -10,000. Current Love Points: 5,000.】

It had been a long time since Lu Xunye had experienced such a cold, mechanical voice piercing through him, echoing in his ears like a reverberation in a valley that refused to fade.

A moment later, a muffled, indistinct groan drifted into the biting cold wind.

Lu Xunye’s eyes flickered twice. Belatedly relaxing his strength, he finally realized that Shen Yunqian hadn’t kissed him at all. There was clearly a finger—Shen Yunqian’s finger—separating their lips.

The fingertip was cold. Although it was pressed firmly against his lips, it felt as if they were worlds apart, completely out of reach.

Lu Xunye kept his eyes open and looked down; Shen Yunqian’s eyes were closed.

By the light of a streetlamp not far away, he could vaguely see the youth’s long, curled eyelashes trembling slightly, his brows knitted together as if he were unwilling.

Who would have thought that the person who initiated the force would look as if he were the one being coerced? If not for the increase in points, Lu Xunye might have actually believed it.

Footsteps approached from behind. A sudden beam of white light flashed across the wall beside them and then vanished, accompanied by the sound of something rolling on the ground.

Just as Lu Xunye understood Shen Yunqian’s inexplicable behavior, he keenly felt something lightly bump his heel through his shoe.

It wasn’t obvious, but he guessed it might be a stone.

He withdrew his gaze. Without turning his face or looking back, he maintained their current posture and smoothly hooked an arm around Shen Yunqian’s lower back, pulling the youth toward him with a slight force.

The distance between them suddenly vanished as they were pressed tightly together. Shen Yunqian was startled; his eyes snapped open, revealing undisguised confusion.

Reflexively, Shen Yunqian retracted his hand and pressed it against Lu Xunye’s chest. Just as he was preparing to push the person opposite him away, the arm Lu Xunye had wrapped around his waist suddenly tightened.

Heat that could be felt even through layers of clothing surged in from his waist.

Then, Shen Yunqian’s head was pressed forward, and something soft brushed fleetingly past his ear.

“Weren’t you going to help me? You can’t give up halfway, can you?”

Breath that felt scorching in the cold wind sprayed against his ear, ticklish, washing over him in waves of heat before dissipating.

His fair ear, exposed to the air, turned red instantly under the pincer attack of the humid, hot breath and the biting cold wind.

A light chuckle wrapped in a teasing tone came from Lu Xunye’s mouth. In this specific moment, it didn’t feel offensive or frivolous.

The hand Lu Xunye had placed on his soft hair slowly slid down to the back of his neck, the pressure forcing Shen Yunqian’s forehead to rest in the crook of his neck.

“W-what do you want to do?” Shen Yunqian’s voice was muffled and carried a slight tremor, very quiet but loud enough for someone nearby to hear.

Feeling the trembling waist beneath his palm, Lu Xunye raised an eyebrow with interest. So sensitive?

He leaned in close to the youth’s ear, his voice low and deep. “Naturally, I want you to… help me out.”

As the words fell, Shen Yunqian had a bad premonition. Sure enough, before he could think it through, the hand behind him began to roam over his waist.

While Shen Yunqian’s mind went blank, the hand slipped under his clothes and glided inside, pausing for a moment as if exploring or testing.

Finally, the scorching palm pinched the tender skin—neither too lightly nor too heavily—and then kneaded it firmly.

“Mmmn~”

In the cold, silent night, at the empty alley entrance, the moan that escaped was stifled back by Lu Xunye’s hand covering his mouth. “Shh, keep it down. Don’t moan so wantonly.”

“…” Shen Yunqian’s face went black.憋 Stifling his anger, he stomped hard on Lu Xunye’s instep, causing Lu Xunye to hiss in pain.

“Third Brother, what are you looking at? Who’s there?”

A man approached from the roadside and grabbed the shoulder of the person standing there. The person who was called out jumped in fright, shining his flashlight deliberately elsewhere for a moment before correcting it to illuminate the entangled shadows not far away.

The height difference between Lu Xunye and Shen Yunqian wasn’t significant, so Shen Yunqian was completely enveloped in Lu Xunye’s embrace by his broad shoulders.

Anyone with eyes could see at a glance that it was two people hugging in an extremely ambiguous manner.

Not to mention the intermittent, heavy panting and… soft whimpers scattering in the wind. It was truly enough to make an old face blush and set one’s imagination running wild.

Sure enough, the two men with ill intentions over there looked at each other and quickly moved the flashlight away.

The man who arrived later looked at the usually honest “Third Brother” with a strange expression and lowered his voice. “I really didn’t expect this, Third Brother. You’re into watching this kind of stuff?”

Before Third Brother could explain, he heard the man click his tongue. “Damn, these two are moaning so slttily, it’s getting me hard. They must be going all the way, fck.”

Seeing that he was getting more and more out of line, Third Brother hurriedly switched off the flashlight, shoved it into the man’s chest, and pushed him away. “Go, go, go. Did you find him?”

“No.” The man composed himself, his expression turning ruthless. “Wait until I find that little brat; I’ll rip his tendons out!”

The next second, a phone rang. After listening to it, the man’s eyes burst with excitement. He looked at Third Brother. “Big Brother says the guy jumped out a window and ran toward the east of the city.”

Jumped out a window… East of the city? Lu Xunye glanced at the direction of the bar out of the corner of his eye, then his gaze fell on Shen Yunqian’s face. Was this Su Zhuo’s doing?

Similarly, upon hearing this, Shen Yunqian paused the hand that had been pressing down on Lu Xunye’s hand—which was wreaking havoc on his waist. His eyelashes drooped as if he were pondering something.

Although the two burly men had deliberately lowered their voices, Lu Xunye had every cell in his body on high alert to listen to their movements.

If they were a real couple doing that sort of thing, it would be normal not to hear the whispered conversation behind them in the heat of passion, but they weren’t.

Meanwhile, not far away.

“Then chase him!” Third Brother turned back to see the other man still staring intently at the “young couple” going at it. Afraid he would cause trouble, he quickly grabbed the man by the scruff of his neck and said fiercely.

“I’m warning you, don’t mess around. If you’re really that empty, go back and slap yourself with a slipper.”

Suddenly, a direct, burning gaze bore into Lu Xunye’s back, as if trying to burn a hole through him.

A coarse male voice, blurred by the wind blowing in their direction, asked, “Third Brother… why do I feel like this person looks more like the one we’re looking for?”

“You’re overthinking it. That kid was clearly alone, and he wasn’t wearing these clothes. We’ve been following him the whole time, and there are no clothing stores nearby for him to change his disguise,” Third Brother refuted his baseless guess.

As the footsteps echoed away, Lu Xunye’s expression turned cold. He slowly removed his hand from the youth’s mouth, but Shen Yunqian hooked his arms around Lu Xunye’s neck instead, forcing him to lower his head and look into those subtle heterochromatic eyes.

Lu Xunye froze for a moment and mouthed: What are you doing?

He didn’t get a response.

“Whether it is or not, we’ll know if we look.” The man ignored Third Brother’s words and walked toward Lu Xunye.

Shen Yunqian’s arms moved to Lu Xunye’s waist, holding him loosely. His lips moved close to Lu Xunye’s ear, and he whispered, enunciating every word, “Naturally, it is… reciprocity.”

Knowing the other party had no malicious intent, Lu Xunye was still unsettled by this inexplicable phrase.

    1. Not to be pushy but, a lot of context is lost and I have no idea what’s going in the next chapter. Could you add the second part please?
