Chapter 149: “I’m pregnant, Du Feng, you’re going to be a father.”
On the flight back, Du Feng couldn’t even tear his gaze away for a single second.
Fortunately, the helicopter had an autopilot function, flying steadily toward the command center.

“Hm? Is there something you want to say to me?” Du Feng watched the youth hem and haw, patiently waiting in place.
“Aren’t you…” Shen Zhuo touched his lower abdomen, raising an eyebrow at him, “Going to say goodbye to the baby?”
Du Feng paused.
He distinctly knew Shen Zhuo was pregnant.
But there was always a sense of unreality.
Because of this, while he logically understood the baby’s existence, his subconscious hadn’t truly grasped it yet.
The youth’s words were like a lightning strike, hitting the Alpha directly.
Shen Zhuo watched as Du Feng, like a malfunctioning machine, walked over, crouched by the bed, and reached out a hand, almost too afraid to touch his stomach:
“Good… goodbye…”
“So silly.” Shen Zhuo burst out laughing.
Du Feng’s mind was a mess. After a while, he looked at Shen Zhuo again, his wide eyes looking as if he still couldn’t quite believe it:
“This is our baby.”
Shen Zhuo poked his forehead: “I told you not sleeping would make you stupid.”
He had already told him on the helicopter; hadn’t this man already cried while hugging him?
Why was he still acting in disbelief now?
Du Feng pursed his lips. Over the past few days, his heart had been entirely focused on Shen Zhuo’s injuries. He had only casually asked if the baby was fine because he remembered Shen Zhuo’s words.
Therefore, right up until this very moment, he hadn’t had the time to process the fact that his Madam was pregnant.

Du Feng made a decision on the spot. He took off his hat and coat, and sat back down:
“I’m staying here with you.”
He wasn’t going to leave again.
Not for a single minute, not for a single second.
“Then what about the post-war meeting?” Shen Zhuo quickly pushed him, “I won’t be uncomfortable for the next few days. Right now, only you can make the decisions for the military. Hurry up and go work.”
But how could an Alpha be moved so easily? Despite Shen Zhuo’s pushing, he sat there, unmoving and stubborn:
“Either they come here for the meeting, or I quit being the Supreme Commander.”
Shen Zhuo didn’t know whether to laugh or cry.
The baby wasn’t even born yet, but why did it feel like he had gained another child?
