Xie Miaohan frowned and stepped in front of Gu Huaiye, blocking Xiang Wanxing’s line of sight.

“Huaiye, watch TV in the living room for a bit,” Xie Miaohan turned and said to Gu Huaiye. “Xiang Wanxing and I need to chat in the study for a while.”

Naturally, Gu Huaiye didn’t dare disturb their partnership. He said directly, “I won’t watch TV. I’ll go downstairs for a stroll and check where the supermarket is so it’s easier to buy groceries later.”
