“You helped me?”

“Why tell him?”

When Xiang Wanxing heard him mention “Omega” again, he had wanted to get angry, but after hearing the second half, his anger vanished instantly.

“If I dump him, will you willingly wait on me?”

Frustration rose in Xiang Wanxing’s heart, and he stepped directly onto the bullet casings on the ground.

“Look at me.”

Chen Zirui thought he really was sick. He decided not to clean the casings anymore and turned to leave.

Xiang Wanxing chased after him and grabbed his wrist.

“Why won’t you talk to me?” Xiang Wanxing’s tone was chilly. “I thought we were at least friends.”

“Who said I wanted to be friends with you?” Chen Zirui shook off his hand grumpily. “Hey, you’re engaged now. Are you sure you should be pulling and tugging at a strange Alpha here?”

Xiang Wanxing paused, and the corners of his mouth slowly turned up.

“So that’s what you’re angry about.”
