Father Chen didn’t believe Chen Zirui had such a boyfriend at all. Knowing Chen Zirui’s habit of lying, he figured he had probably hired someone to pretend to be the Xiang family’s young master.

He specifically told Chen Muyuan to find reports on the Xiang family online and screenshot the Xiang family group photos. He planned to expose Chen Zirui to his face as soon as he arrived, to teach this kid a lesson that he wasn’t easily fooled.
