Chapter 65: Sharing the Arena Frame part 1
Yun Yingzhi thought to himself that there was absolutely no way he would ever share a frame with those two little cubs on a combat arena.
Did he not care about his dignity?
That was what he told himself, but…
In this moment, he truly wished he could just stuff the two little cubs back into his belly. This was the ultimate social death.
Because their arrival at the Yaoming Battle Arena had been so sudden, Yun Yingzhi hadn’t had time to prepare any kind of disguise.
Although the two little cubs were still very small, they were incredibly headstrong. They simply forced him to move in the direction they pointed.
The rabbit cub gave the egg cub a shove. Immediately, the egg cub activated his spatial ability and teleported Yun Yingzhi directly onto a combat platform where a fierce battle was currently underway.
It just so happened to be a 3V3 arena.
In an instant, Yun Yingzhi and the two cubs became the absolute focus of everyone’s attention.
The combat platform was essentially a giant stage.
A stage for his social death.
The rabbit cub happily scrambled onto Yun Yingzhi’s shoulder. Standing on one tiny jiojio while lifting the other, he spun two happy circles.
Happy little bubbles sprouted around the egg cub as he, too, began spinning in circles on Yun Yingzhi’s other shoulder.
The six warriors currently fighting on the platform and the referee all turned their gazes in unison toward Yun Yingzhi. The entire space seemed to freeze; a heavy silence fell over the arena.
Yun Yingzhi’s eyelid gave a frantic twitch. After a moment of stunned silence, he reached out, grabbed one cub in each hand, and stammered, “So—sorry! We didn’t mean to!” With that, he fled the platform in a panic with the two cubs in tow.
The warriors on the platform and the audience in the stands moved their gazes in perfect synchronization. Wherever Yun Yingzhi went, their eyes followed.
In all the time since the Yaoming Battle Arena had been established, nothing like this had ever happened. For a moment, no one could process exactly what they had just witnessed.
Held in Yun Yingzhi’s hand, the rabbit cub let out a confused “Da?”
The rabbit cub had a tiny body, but his voice was anything but small.
His voice rang out clearly in the suddenly quiet arena, finally snapping the shocked crowd back to their senses.
“Is that the School Beauty?”
“And Jiaojiao and Taotao?”
“Why did they suddenly appear on the platform?”
Some people in the audience subconsciously stood up, intending to chase after Yun Yingzhi.
For most people, coming to the Yaoming Battle Arena to watch a fight was easy, but getting to see Yun Yingzhi and the two cubs—especially seeing a fragile little rabbit bringing two cubs to a place like this—was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

The first spatial jump Taotao performed with Yun Yingzhi and the rabbit cub had captured the hearts of countless people. A massive crowd began rushing out, asking everyone they met for news of Yun Yingzhi and the cubs.
Meanwhile.
Yun Yingzhi had taken the two cubs out of the arena and begun lecturing them.
“Jiaojiao, you can’t keep teaching Taotao bad things.” He shifted his gaze to the egg cub. “Taotao, Daddy knows you have spatial abilities, but you can’t use them whenever you want. If you keep doing this, not only will you trouble others, but what if you run into danger yourself?”
At this moment, the two cubs, who were still angry with Yun Yingzhi, were in perfect agreement.
They both struggled out of Yun Yingzhi’s hands and scrambled into his collar. The egg cub rolled into the rabbit cub’s embrace, and the two sat motionless, hugging each other.

That didn’t stop the rabbit cub from whispering to the egg cub.

This time, the egg cub had warped them onto a 25V25 arena. Most of the platform was an active combat zone, covered in the visual effects of various abilities. Yet, the spot where the egg cub landed them was exactly in the safest corner at the very edge of the platform.
The teleportation was a success.
The two cubs excitedly ran out from Yun Yingzhi’s collar. Each cub claimed one of his shoulders and began happily sprouting bubbles and spinning in circles.
Fifty ability warriors and the referee on the platform, as well as the entire audience in the stands, all turned their heads to stare at Yun Yingzhi.
To make matters worse for Yun Yingzhi, a recording drone perfectly captured the moment. The large projection screens surrounding the arena gave him a massive close-up.
The rabbit cub used one little paw to hug Yun Yingzhi’s cheek, pressing his little face against him, while the other paw pointed toward the two large teams that had suddenly ceased fire.
Yun Yingzhi didn’t even need to guess the meaning. One of the warriors on the platform had already decoded it. He said, “School Beauty, Jiaojiao means he wants you to take him and join us in the fight.”
Yun Yingzhi: “…” Joining was absolutely out of the question!
Because of Yun Yingzhi’s sudden arrival, the battle on the platform had come to a temporary halt, making the arena perfectly safe.
Then, the egg cub performed another spatial jump with Yun Yingzhi.
The projection screens in all directions perfectly broadcasted Yun Yingzhi’s shocked expression and his soul-shaking pupils.
The next second, the egg cub had moved the dazed and茫然 Yun Yingzhi—who felt as if he had just suffered a heavy blow from the vast sea of stars—right into the very center of the two opposing teams.
The rabbit cub began letting out a series of excited “Da da das.”
Someone in the crowd remarked, “I can only say, as expected of the two ‘Battle Cubs’ sired by the Red Peony Beauty?”
Hearing this, Yun Yingzhi instantly snapped back to reality. Every inch of his exposed skin on his face and neck turned beet-red; he looked like a piece of boiled seafood. He grabbed the two cubs off his shoulders and offered a sincere apology to everyone present. “I’m so sorry! If there is any damage, please contact me—or my brother! We will definitely pay for the losses. I am truly, deeply sorry!”
After his apology, Yun Yingzhi took the two cubs and sprinted away.
This time, the audience members who were prepared for this followed him in a frantic dash, witnessing firsthand exactly how much of a “bear cub” duo the two really were.
Once Yun Yingzhi realized he couldn’t outrun the crowd following him, he finally entered a state of “zen.”
He grabbed the two cubs and began another round of scolding.

After offering another sincere apology to the warriors on stage and the audience below, Yun Yingzhi fled with the cubs once more.
He sniffled and opened a video call.
On the other end was Yun Yinghui.
To allow the two cubs to see Yun Yinghui, Yun Yingzhi had to set the video call to speaker mode.
The moment the call connected, before Yun Yingzhi could say a word, the rabbit cub’s tears began falling pitter-patter. His voice was choked with sobs: “Da, da, da QAQ!”
Yun Yingzhi: “…”
Yun Yingzhi: “…………”
The corners of Yun Yingzhi’s mouth twitched as he looked at the rabbit cub in his hand.
With his ears drooping, the cub looked as if he had suffered the greatest grievance in the world. He looked heart-wrenchingly piteous.
Yun Yinghui spoke, “Jiaojiao, be good. Eldest Uncle will come find you right away. Don’t cry, okay?” After soothing the rabbit cub, he turned his attention to the egg cub and comforted him as well.
Yun Yingzhi’s eyelid gave a sharp twitch. He felt like he was the one who needed soothing!
After comforting the two cubs, Yun Yinghui turned a gaze full of heartache toward Yun Yingzhi.
Sensing the worry and pity in his brother’s eyes, Yun Yingzhi’s nose crinkled, and his body swayed slightly. He looked exceptionally fragile and pitiful.
