Chapter 31: A Stab to the Heart part 1
The three roommates’ gazes simultaneously shifted toward Yun Yingzhi’s stomach.
Ji Xiaobo suddenly spoke up. “My mom said that when she was pregnant with me, she was especially able to eat.”
Yu Feiwen countered, “Yingzhi couldn’t possibly be pregnant.”
Yun Yingzhi was just about to nod when he heard Jing Haomiao say, “True. Generally speaking, males don’t get pregnant.” After a pause, he added, “Of course, that’s not absolute. I’ve heard that some special second forms make pregnancy possible.”
Yun Yingzhi was profoundly shocked. He was completely ignorant of such things and looked at his belly with a face full of dazed confusion.
He thought back to that day when, in a drunken stupor, he had forced Elvis-dianxia to behave recklessly with him.
But… can a male rabbit get pregnant?
Yu Feiwen patted Yun Yingzhi’s shoulder and said, “Yingzhi, don’t overthink it. It’s impossible for you to be pregnant.”
Yun Yingzhi’s eyelids twitched. He nodded, yet a subtle sense of unease remained.
Ji Xiaobo said, “Still, Yingzhi, your appetite really has been quite good lately. Should we accompany you to the medical room?”
After thinking it over, Yun Yingzhi slowly shook his head and said, “You guys know, I’ve had a—” he paused and whispered in an even smaller voice, “a huge appetite since the past. Maybe it’s just a growth spurt? Let’s wait and see. If it gets even worse, I’ll go to the medical room.”
The three roommates hummed in agreement.
After finishing their meal, the four of them walked toward the teaching building.
Along the way, the conversation they overheard was still about the “Wu Hua” source weapon. Many people were speculating that the creator of Wu Hua must be an incredibly elderly master.
They desperately wanted a Wu Hua source weapon.
Others mentioned that various factions were contacting the Source Weapon Association, wanting to discover who the creator of Wu Hua was.
At every moment, Yun Yingzhi heard the praises of all kinds of people. His previous unease was swept away, and he covered his mouth to hide a secret smile.
Suddenly, as if remembering something, Yu Feiwen pulled Yun Yingzhi aside to transfer money to him.

Yun Yingzhi considered the large sum of money he had recently wasted.
As a good friend, he really wanted to tell Yu Feiwen it was fine, but his current financial situation was indeed not great. Although he felt a bit embarrassed, he really wanted to accept this money.
Yu Feiwen added, “Discounts aren’t necessary. But, Yingzhi, could you continue to place orders for us in the future?”
Yun Yingzhi’s eyes brightened as he said, “Of course I can.”
Ji Xiaobo and Jing Haomiao immediately chimed in.
They requested Yun Yingzhi to tell that source weapon creator not to worry about money during the manufacturing process. They asked him to just tell them the price directly when the time came, and they would transfer the funds.
As they spoke, the two of them also transferred a large sum of money to Yun Yingzhi.
Looking at the unexpected windfall that had suddenly appeared in his account, Yun Yingzhi felt like jumping up and spinning in circles if the situation hadn’t forbidden it.
The four of them continued toward the teaching building.
Yun Yingzhi’s good mood didn’t last long, however. Huai Boshe appeared once again, blocking his path.
Yu Feiwen and the other two began their cold mockery, causing many surrounding students to glance over.
Huai Boshe said, “Yingzhi, let’s talk, okay?”
Yu Feiwen said, “Huai Boshe, Yingzhi already said it before—he has nothing to say to you.”
Huai Boshe frowned.
Yun Yingzhi said, “Is it fun for you to keep looking for me like this? Do I need to tell Yao-yao?”
He planned to secretly record this and tell Yun Yingyao that Huai Boshe was nothing good.
Huai Boshe replied, “Yao-yao knows I came to find you.”
Yun Yingzhi froze, looking at Huai Boshe with a face full of shock.
At that moment, he doubted himself—was his own logic flawed, or was something wrong with Huai Boshe’s brain? How could he tell his “white moonlight” to her face that he was going to see his ex?
Huai Boshe: “Yingzhi, we grew up together. I hope that before I leave, we can have a proper talk.”
Yun Yingzhi frowned.
Thanks to their excellent hearing, they could hear the hushed whispers of students in the distance.

Elvis walked straight toward Huai Boshe, his face stern and his aura icy.

Elvis narrowed his eyes. “From what standpoint are you saying those words?”
Huai Boshe fell silent.
An eerie silence hung between the two.
After an unknown amount of time, Elvis said, “He is mine.” He bluntly declared his ownership.
Huai Boshe’s face twitched. “Dianxia, he is not an object. He has his own thoughts!”
Elvis: “Indeed. Boshe-ge-xia of the Huai Admiral’s Manor, you must understand that he has always refused contact with you.”
If it were anything else, Huai Boshe would have certainly yielded, but regarding Yun Yingzhi, he wouldn’t budge an inch. He said, “Dianxia, regarding that point, I believe his attitude toward you is the same.”
The two of them were stabbing right at each other’s hearts.
Elvis looked directly at Huai Boshe, a cold smile lifting the corners of his lips. “Remember the title you use for Ben Dian.”
Huai Boshe: “…”
As the Crown Prince, Elvis held a status of supreme authority.
After a moment of silence, Huai Boshe bid his farewell and left.
The students in the shadows, who had heard every word of the conversation, immediately exploded with excitement.
In the blink of an eye, the news of Elvis liking Yun Yingzhi and confessing to him in public spread like wildfire, passed from one person to ten, and ten to a hundred.
Before the first class of the morning, this news had already reached Yun Yingzhi’s ears.
By this time, the rumored version was that Elvis and Huai Boshe had engaged in a duel because they both liked him, ending in Dianxia’s victory.
