Chapter 100: Not Coming Home Tonight
Ye Ran practically sprang up. The quilt slid down halfway from his shoulders, revealing skin that still bore the faint red flush from last night.
As a result, he used too much force, his waist went soft, and he fell back down with a grimace.
Once he recovered, his fingers slid rapidly across the screen. His pupils shrank smaller and smaller as the images in the photos flashed by, and the “Holy shit” from his mouth became more and more urgent.
Not a single photo in the album was normal.
They were all nude photos of the two of them.
Some were taken by him holding the phone—blurred, the lens shaking violently.
Others must have been taken by Chi Yuheng holding the phone—clearer, showing a smooth-lined back, deep-set waist dimples, and skin covered in a thin layer of sweat, shimmering with a honey-colored glow.
There were even a few that happened to capture Ye Ran’s red eyes and slightly parted lips, with clear bite marks remaining on his collarbone—it was so shameful he didn’t dare look at them directly.
Looking at the tricky and ambiguous angles of the photos, Ye Ran struggled to replay the memories in his head.
“Chi Yuheng, I want to take photos…”
“I’ve never had a photo of you… I want… mmm… to take a photo of all of you…”
Ye Ran’s lips had been bitten; it was an idea that came up entirely in the heat of the moment.
Chi Yuheng kissed him from behind—lips, ears, neck…
“Baby, how do you want to take them?”
“Just… just like this…”
“…”
“Was I fucking crazy at the time?!” Ye Ran covered his eyes, wishing he could throw the phone away.
It was true he didn’t have photos of Chi Yuheng, but he couldn’t just start with something so stimulating.
Was he on aphrodisiacs at the time?
Ye Ran’s fingers trembled as he scrolled down. The more he scrolled, the more desperate he felt; there were too many photos, and he couldn’t see the end at a glance.
The degree of glamour was no less than that of a blockbuster.
Just as he was facing a screen full of photos and was unsure whether to delete them or not, the sound of water in the bathroom stopped.
Ye Ran’s hand shook, nearly letting the phone fly out. Before Chi Yuheng could come out, he began hurriedly hiding the phone.
Hearing Ye Ran saying “Holy shit” repeatedly outside, Chi Yuheng even sped up his washing, eager to come out.
“What’s wrong?”
Ye Ran glanced at Chi Yuheng. Thinking of the poses in those photos, his face turned red, and even the phone pressed under his leg seemed to be burning slightly. “N-nothing…”
If Chi Yuheng saw them and insisted on reliving them with him, what would he do? His waist couldn’t take it.
Chi Yuheng naturally noticed Ye Ran’s small movements.
He leaned over, his finger lightly poking Ye Ran’s waist under the quilt. “What are you hiding? Let me see the phone.”
“No!” Ye Ran simply lay down and wrapped the quilt tightly around himself, his voice muffled. “Hurry up and go about your business. Don’t disturb my sleep.”
“Oh?” Chi Yuheng drew out his tone.
Leaning down slightly, he propped both hands on either side of Ye Ran’s head, and the scent of mint on him enveloped him.
Under his gaze, Ye Ran pulled the quilt up a bit, covering most of himself and only leaving a pair of eyes blinking outside.
The voice from under the quilt was muffled. “It’s really nothing.”
His fingertips slid down along the folds of the quilt and accurately found the phone pressed under Ye Ran’s leg.
Chi Yuheng chuckled. Taking advantage of the moment Ye Ran was distracted, he hooked his finger and pulled the phone out from under the quilt.
The screen was still on, and it happened to stay on that particular close-up photo.
Ye Ran: “!!!”
The phone was taken away just like that.
He reached out frantically to grab it, but Chi Yuheng naturally made it out of his reach using his height and arm span.
Ye Ran wanted to sit up but was pressed back by Chi Yuheng.
After a few repetitions, he hadn’t had breakfast and was completely out of strength this time.
Watching Chi Yuheng sitting by the bed admiring the photos they took last night, Ye Ran felt his head swell and lay on the bed playing dead.
Chi Yuheng looked down at the screen, the smile on his face deepening.
“So you were looking at this. Baby, your photography skills aren’t good; many of them aren’t clear.”
Hearing Chi Yuheng call him “baby,” Ye Ran felt like he was back in last night, and his face turned even redder.
“Who is your baby? Also, it’s true I don’t have photos of you on my phone, but who told you to take photos of me?!”
“Didn’t you request it yourself?” Chi Yuheng spoke very seriously, his eyes full of jest. “You requested to take them. We were holding each other at the time, so taking a photo of me naturally included you.”
Having said that, he directly opened WeChat and sent every single photo from Ye Ran’s album to his own phone without missing one.
Ye Ran watched his operations. “What are you doing?”
Chi Yuheng: “Our nude photos—they’re worth collecting.”
Ye Ran: “…”
Forget it. After all, Chi Yuheng was also in them. As long as he didn’t use them as a screensaver, it was fine to keep them for viewing at other times.
Seeing that Chi Yuheng didn’t intend to practice with him again, Ye Ran breathed a sigh of relief and shouted that he was hungry.
Chi Yuheng naturally went downstairs to make breakfast for him.

Tonight he was going out for dinner with Xu Huiyang; tomorrow Chi Youchu’s house was almost decorated and he was asked to go and take a look; the day after, there was a school club matter.
One excuse a day, each different from the last.
Even Xin Yu noticed something was wrong. On the way home one day, he finally couldn’t help but ask, “Young Master Ye seems to have been away from home for several nights in a row lately.”
Chi Yuheng chuckled, his slender knuckles tapping lightly on his crossed legs.
“He’s avoiding me.”
Xin Yu didn’t understand. “Aren’t you two doing well? Why is he avoiding you?”
Chi Yuheng: “Because he doesn’t want to cry at night.”
Xin Yu: “Doesn’t want to cry?”
Chi Yuheng: “A ‘single dog’ wouldn’t understand.”
Xin Yu: “…”
Xin Yu didn’t understand matters of love, but he could say a few things about work.
“The final plan for Land No. 096 has been completed. You can find a time to sign the contract with Young Master Ye. It’s just…”
Chi Yuheng looked at him. “What’s wrong?”
Xin Yu was clutching his phone. “I find it a bit strange. Several companies in Jing City had approached Young Master Ye before, and he rejected all of them.”
“Other companies knew Chengyi was involved, so they just went through the motions—they were basically the same as backing out automatically. However, Ming Qingyan is different.”

Chi Yuheng clicked answer. There was the sound of wind on the other end; he must be on the street.
Ye Ran was giggling. “Chi Yuheng, I’m not coming home tonight.”
