Chapter 76: Lots of Perverts
Even though they were separated by two pairs of shoes, Mu Feng felt that slight touch send a numbness from his toes all the way to his back.
He gave a very light bump back. “I don’t hate you. Not at all.”
The others at the table were still making noise. Liang Yuhang just looked down at the two pairs of shoes together.
Before, Mu Feng had asked him if he didn’t think it was fun.
He wanted to change his previous answer now. He thought it was very interesting.
Mu Feng thought for a moment and suddenly smiled. “Since Brother Lu Zhuo knows, I’m going to go see Xiao Jiang off and watch the drama from the front lines.”
“You’re quite wicked yourself,” Liang Yuhang said indulgently. “Then you won’t have enough rest time tonight.”
“It doesn’t matter. It’ll definitely be exciting.” Mu Feng blinked. “If you want to watch too, you can go with Brother Lu Zhuo.”
Liang Yuhang straightened up. “No. If Xiao Jiang found out I cc’d his brother, the impression points I just added would be all gone.”
“Do you care that much about impression points?” Mu Feng stood up as well and said to the other students, “We’re leaving first. You guys take your time eating.”
Liang Yuhang walked side-by-side with him for a while before answering the previous question. “I care about you, Mu Feng. I don’t care what others think.”
He spoke casually, as if it wasn’t a difficult answer to give.
The words were like a small stone falling into a lake; they sank slowly to the bottom but also created a ripple.
Mu Feng was so nervous he didn’t know what to say, and he was afraid of over-speculating. “You’ve always been the best in my heart.”
“The best? Even better than the person you have a crush on?” Liang Yuhang asked in return.
Mu Feng nearly bit his tongue. “About the same. Neck and neck. On equal footing.”
Liang Yuhang let out a light snort but offered no comment.
Mu Feng observed his expression. Because the light was dim, he couldn’t see the details clearly. “Did I say something wrong?”
“No.” Liang Yuhang was perfectly calm. “It’s fine. I don’t mind.”
Mu Feng breathed a sigh of relief and waved his hand at him. “Then I’m going to find Xiao Jiang. I’ll report the battle situation to you later.”
His expression was very vivid now, with the youthful energy that someone his age should have.
Liang Yuhang’s lips quirked up. “Alright. I’m looking forward to it.”
Mu Feng ran to find Jiang Yu’an. The guy had already packed his bags very quickly and had somehow managed to get a small aircraft in this desolate place.
“I’ll see you off.” Mu Feng reached out to take his suitcase, almost unable to hide his smile. “I’m afraid you might get into trouble on the way.”
“It’s a long way back.” Jiang Yu’an said with a smile, “Do you want to run away together? Just say so. Let’s go, let’s go.”
Mu Feng felt like he could hardly keep a straight face.
After boarding the aircraft, Jiang Yu’an lay down comfortably and lamented, “It’s so good. I can finally return to a life of debauchery. I’m so happy.”
Mu Feng had nothing to do after lying down for a while. He took out his phone and pointed the camera at him. “An interview: how are you feeling right now?”
“Happy. Very happy.” Jiang Yu’an gave a victory sign to the camera. “I’m free!”
Mu Feng looked at the time. 9:21 PM.
Lu Zhuo was indeed patient; he hadn’t immediately appeared within five minutes.
“Do you have anything you want to say to your brother?” Mu Feng recorded his last words for him.
“Leave me alone!” Jiang Yu’an was bold. “I’m an adult! LEAVE! ME! ALONE!”
Alright, alright. You’re very brave, tough Xiao Jiang.
Mu Feng laughed uncontrollably. The camera slowly moved from that arrogant face to the window. “Oh, it’s so late. There’s actually someone else on the flight path.”
Jiang Yu’an turned around with a smile and recognized the very familiar aircraft from a distance.
Zhuo An No. 1. It was the adult gift he had given Lu Zhuo back then.
The silver-gray fuselage, under the heavy sky, through the dark clouds, exuded a cold sense of pressure.
“No way!” Jiang Yu’an blinked and confirmed repeatedly. “Mu Bao, pinch me. Am I hallucinating?”
Mu Feng was laughing so hard the camera in his hand was shaking. He reached out and pinched him, earning a howl.
At the same time, Lu Zhuo’s voice came over the frequency: “Emergency landing or turning around? Jiang Yu’an, pick one.”
Jiang Yu’an’s face turned pale instantly. He looked at Mu Feng for help. “It’s over, it’s over, it’s over. I’ve never heard him use that tone before. Did you hear the killing intent?”
“I heard it.” Mu Feng maintained a spring-like smile. “I warned you—your butt is going to be in pieces.”
“THERE’S A SPY!!!” Jiang Yu’an stood up and paced around. “Who snitched? Was it Liang Yuhang!”
Mu Feng quickly helped cover the lie. “He’s not that idle. If you ask me, Brother Lu Zhuo probably put a tracker on you. Otherwise, how could he catch you so accurately every time?”
Jiang Yu’an felt himself from head to toe. “I don’t have one. How could I?”
Mu Feng thought to himself, Professor Liang, this is indeed a very good show. It’s worth it.
“Are you not turning around? Jiang Yu’an.” Lu Zhuo’s voice came over the communicator. “I’ll give you thirty seconds.”
The time ticked away second by second. When there were only three seconds left, Jiang Yu’an quickly called the pilot. “Turn around, turn around! Go back!”
“Sigh, you coward, Xiao Jiang.” Mu Feng put down his phone with pleasure. “Why go through all that trouble in the middle of the night?”
Jiang Yu’an leaned against his seat, his soul gone. Only two words were in his head: I’m finished.
In less than half an hour, the aircraft that had just departed returned steadily to the war zone.
“I don’t dare go down. Mu Bao, protect me.” Jiang Yu’an’s face was deathly pale. He had completely lost his previous arrogance and was clutching the hem of Mu Feng’s clothes, trembling.
Mu Feng turned to look at him and sighed. “How many times has it been? Why don’t you ever learn?”
The aircraft door opened. Lu Zhuo was already waiting outside. He was wearing his combat gear; he must have rushed back from somewhere else.
“Jiang Yu’an, come down,” Lu Zhuo said.
Mu Feng hooked an arm around his shoulder and half-dragged him out. “Brother Lu Zhuo, go easy on him. Our ‘Young Lady’ is very delicate.”
Jiang Yu’an wailed, “How can you do this? I haven’t even done anything yet!”
Lu Zhuo reached out, took the person, and hoisted him straight onto his shoulder.
He took a couple of steps and then turned back to say, “Xiao Jiang likes to drink. How about calling Colonel Liang and joining us?”
Mu Feng was waving his hand, but when he saw Jiang Yu’an’s pleading gaze, his heart softened again. “Fine. I’ll message Professor Liang.”
He had known Lu Zhuo for a few years and had truly never seen him this angry. It was good to keep an eye on things.
Mu Feng followed the two of them inside. Liang Yuhang joined them on the way, and the two whispered in the back.
“I’ll show you the video.” Mu Feng quietly handed over his phone, starting from the very beginning with the volume turned down.
Liang Yuhang looked at his little actions and his heart softened over and over. “It’s fun.”
“Isn’t it? I went to see the excitement at first, but Brother Lu Zhuo really does look a bit unhappy,” Mu Feng said in a low voice. “We’ll have to help mediate.”
Liang Yuhang found it quite novel.
He usually spent most of his time alone and didn’t have many close friends. Besides 0717, the person he spoke with most was likely Professor Zhang. He disliked communicating with people and found it annoying.
But at this moment, Mu Feng brought him a fresh kind of pleasure. He didn’t find it annoying.
The group entered the suite where Lu Zhuo was staying. His assistant had indeed brought several bottles of wine. He didn’t dare say much, put them down, and left.
“Are we really drinking? We still have to work tomorrow.” Mu Feng sat on the soft sofa and tried to soothe the situation. “Just scold him a few times and let it go.”
Lu Zhuo said with a faint smile, “Colonel Liang has already approved the leave. Doesn’t he love to drink? Or should I feed you?”
Liang Yuhang sat nearby and slowly reminded him, “Don’t scare the boy to death. Take it easy.”
Jiang Yu’an’s eyes were already red. He didn’t know whether to reach out or not; he was at a total loss.
Lu Zhuo directly opened a bottle of pure liquor, poured it into a glass, and held it to his lips. “What? You like drinking with male models, but not with me? I’ll accompany you tonight.”
Jiang Yu’an was scared to death. He took a sip, trembling. “I’m drinking… don’t be angry…”
Mu Feng and Liang Yuhang looked at each other.
They felt that they were really redundant here.
Liang Yuhang raised an eyebrow. “I have a surgery tomorrow afternoon. I can’t be a host for the drinking.”
Mu Feng: “………”
Professor Liang is even telling cold jokes now.
Mu Feng reached out and grabbed his hand, telling him not to add fuel to the fire.
He helped speak up, “Xiao Jiang knows he was wrong, right? He definitely won’t run around again next time, will he?”
Jiang Yu’an nodded frantically and promised with tearful eyes, “Truly.”
“Didn’t I say last time that three times is the limit?” Lu Zhuo’s expression was cold. He squeezed the boy’s mouth and slowly poured the drink in. “Jiang Yu’an, it’s already the third time. Why won’t you listen?”
“Waaaaah… I won’t drink anymore… I’m quitting…” Jiang Yu’an spoke incoherently. “Quitting… I’ll never drink again…”
Mu Feng felt a chill run down his back. To have such a brother… good luck.
Liang Yuhang turned his head and reached out to grab the boy’s wrist. “Let’s go. Stop watching. Lu Zhuo knows what he’s doing.”
“Does he? Xiao Jiang is going to be drowned.” Mu Feng looked back at every step, watching Jiang Yu’an’s desperate little face.
Liang Yuhang smiled, said nothing, and just held him as they walked slowly back to their own room.
Mu Feng’s mind was still filled with Lu Zhuo’s angry face. He asked curiously, “Professor Liang, if I really did something that made you very angry, what would you do?”
Liang Yuhang looked at him and said in a very serious tone, “I’d probably be much more perverted than Lu Zhuo. Do you want to try?”
