Tonight I Become My Male God’s Kitten—Lick Him! chapter 75

Chapter 75: Add Some Impression Points

Mu Feng felt the fingers measuring him inch by inch, yet he didn’t dare to dream. “Put what on it?”

“What do you think?” Liang Yuhang asked in return. “What is supposed to be worn on the ring finger?”

Mu Feng thought to himself that the man had indeed heard everything.

Zhao Cheng had mentioned that they didn’t even have engagement rings, and Liang Yuhang was likely bothered by that.

“It doesn’t matter. Rings are a nuisance when doing experiments,” Mu Feng said, acting obedient and well-behaved. “You have to take them off for surgery too. We don’t need them.”

Liang Yuhang didn’t care about that. He simply said, “I’ll give one to you. Whether you wear it or not is up to you.”

He was always quick to make decisions. On the way back to the gathering with Mu Feng, he had already started asking about custom ring orders and timelines.

Mu Feng watched him as he lowered his head to message someone. He was actually quite happy; he wouldn’t even eat the candies Liang Yuhang gave him, let alone a pair of rings with such special meaning.

Suppressing his wild joy, he whispered, “Don’t make them too expensive. Simple plain bands are fine.”

Liang Yuhang glanced at him, but didn’t scold him. “When are you going to learn to ask for what you want? Didn’t I teach you before?”

“I…” Mu Feng looked into his eyes. The edges of the dark pupils were slightly gray, like a continuous bank of clouds in the distance.

He truly felt that Liang Yuhang was different now compared to before. He liked it, he liked it even more, but he didn’t dare to break this subtle ripple.

So after much consideration, he said, “I want a plain band.”

Liang Yuhang’s voice softened a bit. “You can be more greedy.”

Mu Feng felt that those words were already as greedy as they could be. He pursed his lips. “It’s enough.”

“Then I’ll take the liberty,” Liang Yuhang said. “I hope you won’t throw it away when you receive it.”

Mu Feng shook his head frantically, standing as straight as if he were taking an oath. “I’ll definitely keep it safe.”

He didn’t dare speculate on Liang Yuhang’s intentions for giving the rings; he was just happy.

When they returned, he even proactively pulled out a chair. “You sit here.”

Zhou Tiantian very perceptively moved over one seat. “I’ll let you two sit together.”

Jiang Yu’an had grown numb to it all. He just rolled his eyes. “Why is Dr. Liang still wandering around even in his rut?”

“I still have to eat during my rut.” Liang Yuhang felt a bit better on the second day. Perhaps because Mu Feng had helped him once, he reached up and took off the guard.

Mu Feng used his chopsticks to put some food in the man’s bowl. “This is good. You should try it.”

Zhao Cheng returned and let out a very light click of his tongue when he saw this.

Mu Feng looked too much like he was trying to please the man. Was it because of family pressure? After all, the other was older and a high-ranking official; it definitely wouldn’t be easy for him.

“Mu Feng, you…” Zhao Cheng said, “You don’t need to be like this.”

It was like a riddle, and Jiang Yu’an sensed something was wrong. “What did you talk about in the restroom just now?”

“He asked me to break the engagement. Funny, right?” Mu Feng whispered to him. “And then Professor Liang was standing right around the corner and heard everything.”

“I can’t believe I missed something so exciting.” Jiang Yu’an was filled with regret. “Liang Yuhang must have had his dead face on and said nothing.”

The corners of Mu Feng’s mouth curled up, revealing a bit of a sharp tooth. “No, he spoke back. He declared his ownership.”

“What are you so happy about?” Jiang Yu’an observed his micro-expressions. “Are you for real?”

Mu Feng quickly adjusted his expression. “No, I just thought what he said was very unexpected and quite wonderful.”

“I think you’re finished.” Jiang Yu’an delivered his verdict with deep sorrow. “I knew this day would come.”

Mu Feng: “………”

He had been too close to Liang Yuhang lately and had been too carried away, so much so that even Jiang Yu’an could see through his little thoughts.

Did Liang Yuhang see through them too?

The man was so smart and perceptive; the thought of it made Mu Feng feel like he was sitting on needles.

“Xiao Jiang,” Mu Feng called his name and then swallowed the rest of his words. “Don’t guess blindly.”

Jiang Yu’an let out a light snort. “I don’t care about you anymore. You’ll know what it means to ask for trouble when you trip and fall.”

His reaction was calmer than Mu Feng had imagined. A child raised in a honey pot who had everything at his fingertips probably wouldn’t understand Mu Feng’s anxiety over personal gains and losses.

Mu Feng smiled and said sincerely, “I’m very happy right now. Truly. It’s the happiest I’ve ever been.”

Jiang Yu’an’s lips moved, but in the end, he said nothing.

From the corner of his eye, he looked at Liang Yuhang, who was eating slowly. He sighed in his heart over and over again. Fine, he actually fell for a refrigerator.

After two days of drinking nutritional agents, Liang Yuhang finally had a full meal. He turned his head and asked, “What are you two chatting about?”

“About when we can go home from the war zone,” Jiang Yu’an said slowly. “After all, we aren’t as noble as Dr. Liang, who can stay at his post even during his rut.”

“Why the sarcasm?” Liang Yuhang leaned half-against his seat. “I’m still curious—what exactly did I do to offend you?”

Jiang Yu’an thought to himself, Fine, he’s the person Mu Feng likes, I should be more polite. But he still couldn’t help saying, “No way around it. Our auras just don’t match, Dr. Liang. No need to force it.”

Calling him “Dr. Liang” over and over sounded even more mocking.

Mu Feng sat between the two of them, feeling as if he were being killed eight hundred times by their gazes.

Liang Yuhang put down his chopsticks and said calmly, “If you want to go back, I can arrange the transfer for you. But you’d better think of a reason to explain it to your brother.”

This was practically offering him a way out.

Liang Yuhang didn’t plan on bickering with Jiang Yu’an forever; it would make things difficult for Mu Feng.

Jiang Yu’an blinked. “Really? You can transfer me back?”

“I can, but I won’t be responsible for the consequences.” Liang Yuhang raised an eyebrow. “I’ve never seen Lu Zhuo angry. Do you want to try?”

Jiang Yu’an felt a bit tempted by the suggestion.

The war zone was truly too tedious. After coming here, he was certain that he had no talent for the military, and he felt bad about taking up a spot that someone who truly wanted to be here could have.

“Then… tomorrow morning?” Jiang Yu’an said with a smile. “Colonel Liang should be able to do that, right?”

Liang Yuhang chuckled. “I can. I’m starting to admire you a bit now; at least you have guts.”

Mu Feng buried his head in his hands. Xiao Jiang, you really have a death wish.

He was a master of losing after winning, a first-class daredevil.

He still offered a kind reminder, “Why don’t you endure it for a few more days? Don’t leave. It won’t take long for the casualties here to stabilize.”

“I can’t endure it for even a second.” Jiang Yu’an had already quickly planned his subsequent itinerary in his head. “First, a meal of fine cuisine, then a night at a club, and finally, sleeping on a cruise ship. Blissful.”

Mu Feng nodded. “Your butt is going to be in pieces.”

“Your butt is the one that’s going to be in pieces.” Jiang Yu’an looked blissful. “Life at nineteen should be like this. Mu Bao, you don’t understand. I don’t blame you.”

Liang Yuhang operated the approval process on his phone. “Alright. you can leave now.”

Jiang Yu’an stood up and then turned back to warn him, “Even though you helped me, it doesn’t mean you can do whatever you want. Don’t bully Mu Bao while I’m gone, or I’ll settle scores with you.”

Liang Yuhang looked at him. “I won’t.”

Jiang Yu’an lowered his voice. “I’m talking about the kind between adults. You’re in your rut; be careful. If you really lose control, remember to wear a condom.”

Liang Yuhang: “………”

Jiang Yu’an patted Mu Feng’s shoulder. Since you’re blind, this is all I can do for you.

Then he hummed a song and went back to his room to pack his bags with joy.

Mu Feng looked worried. “It’s a long way from here to the Capital. I’m not comfortable with him going alone. How about…”

Liang Yuhang was perfectly calm. “Don’t worry. He won’t even be able to leave this airspace. Lu Zhuo will catch him in the middle of the night.”

“Ah? Isn’t Brother Lu Zhuo away?” Mu Feng muttered, “I didn’t snitch on him. How would he know?”

Liang Yuhang showed him the system process. He saw that the “Approval Sent” column was cc’d to Lu Zhuo.

Below it was a line of small gray text: [Received.]

“You’re so wicked.” Mu Feng was amazed. “Since you’re going to catch him and bring him back anyway, why did you approve it and tease Xiao Jiang like that?”

Liang Yuhang was very candid. “To add some impression points.”

Mu Feng didn’t catch on. He blinked in confusion. “Why? You don’t need to please him, do you?”

Liang Yuhang did what Mu Feng had done a long time ago; he tilted his military boot and touched the white sneaker. “If he keeps speaking ill of me, you’re going to hate me.”
